ONE Cable Beach is a secure gated condominium community - oceanfront with beautifully manicured gardens, infinity pool, cabanas, and gym. Conveniently walkable to West Bay Street's restaurants, bars, grocery/liquor stores, waterpark and a nearby casino for entertainment.

This is a ground floor residence with a patio.

Starter set of amenities included: liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher pods, paper towel roll.

Please note that we do not provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own personal care items for their stay.

Enjoy exclusive access to the amenities at ONE Cable Beach, including the residential concierge for personalized assistance.

The fitness center is well-equipped, providing a space for guests to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The infinity pool offers a luxurious escape with breathtaking views, while the community BBQ area and cabana provide perfect spots for socializing.

The front desk is open Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) from 9AM to 4PM.

Front gate security is 24 hours.

Construction can be expected in the lot next to the building Monday to Friday from 7am to 4pm and Saturdays 7am to 12noon.

Easy, clean, private!

Lovely condo and property. Inside was clean and modern, outdoors were well kept and managed. Pool is phenomenal. Beach onsite was rocky and high tide. Need to wait for lowtide to explore adjacent beach which is truely paradise and secluded. Close walk to restaurants, bus stops right out front and easy walk to BahaMar.

Ideal location and quality

This property offers a great private pool and beach experience while living with quality amenities (marble flooring throughout with qualtiy bedding, bathroom and kitchen/living areas). Felt very secure, with easy parking and walking out to the common area was ideal for young toddlers. The condo is located conveniently for day trips and very close to BahaMars shopping areas and waterpark. Thank you to our responsive host and support staff who made for a pleasent trip!

A fantastic property

My family (teen boys and husband) stayed at the property in March 2024 and we loved it. During our visit to the island, we spent a couple of days at the Atlantis and then moved to this condo for a bit of luxury. Everything about the property is top-notch. The condo was very modern, clean, comfortable, and quiet -- a bit of paradise. It was a nice break from the crowds at the mega-resorts on the island. The pool area is spa-like and the ocean is steps away. The staff was very attentive (before and during our stay) and the facility staff helped us rent jet skis right in front of the pool. There are a lot of shops, liquor stores, a few restaurants, and the Baha Mar within walking distance. It's a great location and a beautiful piece of property on the beach. There was minimal construction noise during our stay and it didn't really bother us.

Beautiful unit and best location!

We really enjoyed our stay at ONE Cable Beach, the unit was beautiful and very clean. The grounds were pristine and pool very lovely. The location was great for us because it was quieter than downtown and accessible to everything. Master bed was comfy (think it was a Purple mattress), 2nd bed was very hard. The 2 bed/2bath setup was perfecr for us, very very roomy. Kitchen had necessities, we made a few meals in and got our groceries delivered before arrival. You won't be able to make a gourmet meal, but have so many options to eat out around you. Listing said you should get a car, but there s a driver available and cabs easily called ($20-$30 one way or $1.25/pp on bus) will be less expensive and significantly easier than driving a right-handed rental on the left side of the road. Garden ground level unit isn't as picturesque as an ocean view, but patio is a lovely place to sit. Tamara was very helpful before and during trip. Unit is very quiet, even with large construction next door (only place you could hear it a little was in 2nd bedroom). We took advantage of the BahaMar day pass and rented a cabana (reserve early) for a lovely day. We took 007 to Rose Island and their private beach club (beautiful) and took excursion to Pearl Island and also rented cabana (our favorite). Lots to do or just sit by the pool or take out a kayak (ocean was too rough when we were there). We highly recommend this rental!

LOVELY

This property was lovely. Location was great. Property manager very helpful. Set us up with a taxi driver who was also fantastic. Not crowded and close to Baha Mar and restaurants. There was construction next door but was not noisy at all.

Bahamaas Wedding Weekend

I had friends visiting Nassau for the weekend to attend my daughters wedding who did not want to stay at a hotel. Cable One was the perfect alternative. Apartment and amenities are super clean and gorgeous. Love the pool and beach.

Perfect location, beautiful property

My young kids and I arrived at the property a few days prior to my husband joining us and we could not have found a better location! The property is beautiful, safe and extremely well appointed. Tamara, our rental contact, was extremely responsive from the moment we booked and throughout our stay. She helped us navigate the COVID testing requirements and transportation. Her driver recommendation Monique was OUTSTANDING! Tamara also helped us locate a rental car within 24 hours of being in town (nothing could be found online weeks out because is NYE holiday). I highly recommend getting a rental car while staying at this property. While you can walk to grocery and Baha Mar, there’s so much more you can do and explore with a rental car… and driving/navigating the island is not at all difficult. The condo was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking out at the community grill multiple times during our stay. Look forward to getting back there soon!
