SUMMARY
With breathtaking views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, this remodeled adobe residence reflects the classic architectural style of Santa Fe, and is designed for entertaining with intimate Southwestern charm. It is wonderfully suited both as a festive gathering place, and as a quiet getaway for up to 8 adults. Situated conveniently between the Opera and the Santa Fe Plaza, guests can easily visit sites and restaurants in historic downtown.
LIVING AREA, KITCHEN AND DINING
Stay home to appreciate the charm of Old Santa Fe vigas and beams, a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors, central heating and air conditioning, diamond finish plaster walls, and the warmth of a kiva fireplace.
BED AND BATH
The home boasts four bedrooms in total. Three of the bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom features a queen-sized bed. The fifth bedroom is accessible via a small spiral staircase, and has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. Additionally, there are three full bathrooms available for your comfort and convenience.
OUTDOOR SPACE
View the magnificent mountains in the evening on the huge private patio.
Additional amenities include; a separate laundry room, two-car attached garage, ample off street parking, huge patios providing breathtaking views, and a private backyard with covered patio/kitchen and large outdoor table for dining and relaxing.
