A warm two-floors house to rent for short or long stays in the town of Monte Sant'Angelo. We are just a 10 minutes walk from the UNESCO World Heritage Site: the Basilica of St.Michael Archangel.
Centrally located in Monte Sant'Angelo, Serenè is very close to many local food shops: bakery houses, cheese factories, wine and homemade pasta shops.

The Apartment of 110 sqm, newly refurbished and tastefully decorated, is spread over two spacious floors:

- 2 Double Rooms,(the violet one is complete of a double sofa bed too),
- 1 Triple Room (with three single beds)
- 2 bathrooms (one per floor),
- A living room equipped with Satellite Tv and books
- Fully equipped kitchen with all necessary to prepare food

Large terrace where our guests love to have breakfast and relax themselves, to get tan during the day or enjoy the night having a BBQ with friends under starlights!
