Fifth floor, 1 bedroom and 1 bath condo in the heart of downtown Asheville. Features a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, living room, and balcony. Enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to all that downtown has to offer! There is ONE dedicated parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere (no exceptions).

This condo is located in a secured building that is only accessible with the lobby and parking garage access codes; you will receive these upon booking confirmation. The elevator opens to the garage and lobby for convenient access from your vacation rental. This unit is pet friendly. There will be a $75 non-refundable pet fee. This will not be included in your payment. Guests will need to contact Towns Property Management, Inc. to provide a credit card for this fee. If Towns Property Management, Inc. has not received this payment prior to check-in, they reserve the right to cancel the reservation and no refund will be issued to the guest.

Great location

Location, location, location. We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and did I mention the location. Walking distance to downtown Asheville. Short drive to Biltmore. What more could you ask for. Would recommend staying here.

Red Clay Strays concert

When I booked the condo I had no idea it was directly across the street from Rabbit Rabbit which is where our concert was. This was very convenient obviously! We didn't need our car at all over the 2 night stay as it was walking distance to everything we needed. Check-in instructions were very detailed and easy. The condo was very nice and had a great sunset view over the mountains!

Great little condo

The property was very conveniently located for downtown and south slope. The building felt safe, and the condo was clean and well-stocked. It was quiet, and we had a nice view of the mountains from the 5th floor balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo on the South Slope

Very secure, very clean condo just across from the bus station. New appliances and large bathroom. Easy walks into downtown or to the many breweries. Very short drive down to the River Art District. The parking is a safe garage contained within the building, but would be a little tight for a large truck or SUV. Two very minor housekeeping issues were resolved same day. My family enjoyed our time here, definitely recommend if you are looking for an urban vacation.

Great Location, Excellent Property

We travelled to Asheville to see friends, but found a true gem of a city - filled to the brim with local shopping/businesses, bars and restaurants, breweries, and more. This property is in the perfect location to avail travelers easy access to the downtown area. And for craft beer lovers…we walked a couple of blocks to a bbq restaurant and passed 5 breweries and 3 tap houses. Come for the Biltmore, stay for the beer.

Perfect spot for our quick trip to Asheville

Me and my wife brought our 13 year old daughter to visit Asheville and this place was the perfect spot to stay!! Great location and nice and cozy apt. I enjoyed the little balcony! Everything was nice and clean! The area around the condo is peaceful and save. You can’t beat this place for the price! Will definitely be staying here again the next time we come back to Asheville!

Excellent Location for the Best of Asheville

The property was immaculately clean and well appointed. We had everything that we needed to enjoy the South Slope Brewery District, the River Arts District and the Biltmore. I'd feel less comfortable area-wise as a single female traveling, and we felt very comfortable as a family. So much within walking distance and a well-secured, attractive property - would highly recommend.

The property is in a great location and it feels safe and clean. It had a patio which was a plus.

Very easy to rent. The owner gave very clear instructions. The remote controls for the tv didn't work. I would have liked some upgraded wine glasses. The amenities were a little bare. But the place was fabulous.

Very nice unit and condo

The unit and condo were everything they said it was. It was well equipped, although we didn’t do any cooking in the unit. The WiFi was excellent and good cable. Parking was great, although it was a bit difficult to enter the code for the garage because of the tight turn to get in the garage. It was obvious that the keypad stand has been bumped a number of times, as it isn’t secured to the ground anymore. As an FYI, when you enter the garage, the first keypad opens the ground parking area, and this is not where you park. Continue up the drive and you will see a second entry and keypad. The location is in a little rough looking area. Leaving the condo on foot, you don’t want to turn down the hill. There were several homeless, obviously drunk individuals down the hill in the next parking lot. Up the hill is downtown and there are several places to eat and shop. Seems like most everything in downtown is closed on Sunday and Monday evenings.

A little sad

We have stayed in VRBO houses and condos in about 11 locations over 7 years. They have generally been terrific. Most have gotten 5 stars from me, until this trip. We stayed 4 days in a larger unit in this building on the same floor 2 years ago and thought it was well appointed, well provisioned, and delightful. This unit did not make the grade…for example: Cheap furniture, akin to a low-end motel. Provided were: 6 dinner plates…ok, but anyone under 5’6” would need a step stool to reach them; 4 coffee cups…ok (although a somewhat dirty coffee maker, I cleaned it up); 1 8-ounce juice glass…not ok (actually there were 3, but we used 2 in the bathroom since nothing was provided there); 1 salad plate…not ok; 4 12-ounce water glasses… Of the 2 tv remotes…1 had totally dead batteries, 1 had very weak batteries. After our 3rd of 4 days we were able to get the bldg concierge to replace the batteries. Finally, the overall neighborhood has gotten run down. Lots of homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk near the building entrance and in the driveway to the garage. We realize homelessness is a issue in Asheville, but this area has run down more than others.

Downtown getaway

This was a perfect property for what we were looking for. It was a walk away from plenty of breweries and restaurants or a short drive to the River Arts district and Biltmore Estate. It was easy to get in touch with Towns, they allowed me to check in early, and when there was a parking mixup they allowed me to stay in another spot till they figured it out with the other renter. Towns owns most if not all of the apartments. It’s like a homier hotel and it was very very clean which we appreciated. It’s downtown by a public transportation stop - that means there are a few homeless people who hang around in the area. But, I must repeat, it’s downtown. That comes with the territory of any downtown area Asheville or otherwise. The half of the building I was on had beautiful views of the blue ridge mountains instead of the transit station which was ideal and serene. Great location, clean property, fantastic host. Can’t beat it, I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful place to stay!

This rental was even better than the pictures. Beautiful, very clean and spacious. We travelled to Asheville to elope and the mountains were beautiful. I gave the location 3 stars because although it is central to downtown, the building itself is directly across from the bus station and there are homeless people everywhere. They were drinking in the street, happy to give us the finger and shout profanities. They also slept in the doorways of the building. However, the building was VERY secure and that was excellent. It also had a beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Overall, I would stay here again if we were to return.
