Welcome to PP Hacienda. This two-story villa boasts:

7 spacious bedrooms - four master bedrooms on the main floor, each with a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom and private entrance, separate from the main house for added privacy. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms that share two bathrooms. Two of these rooms are furnished with twin beds, while the third offers the comfort of a king-size bed.

The house is absolutely beautiful. We’ve stayed at many houses and this one by far has been the best. All areas and items of the house are perfect. From the towels, to the niceness of the bathrooms, bedrooms and stocked kitchen it was incredible. The pool and hot tub were heated, the paddle boards and kayacks were top notch and all items of the house were wonderful. The best part was having National Geographic outside all day. We had whales of all sorts all day and night, manta rays and fish. It was magical. Chino was absolutely a rock star and the cleaners were fabulous. Being secluded was the best and all of the food chinos wife made was delicious. Our entire group can’t wait to come back. Thank you!!

Wonderful House for a Large Group!

We went for Spring Break with 3 other families, lots of kids, toddlers and babies. It is a 30 min drive to Los Barriles via car or ATV. The Master suite setup is amazing, with additional bedrooms inside the house. Each couple had identical Master suites looking out over the ocean. Lots of pool and beach toys. We had them cook us dinner on 4 of the nights and the food was incredible! Highly reccomend.

Beautiful home and beach

Amazing private location. Great for couples and groups with separate master suites. Staff was great, although there a lot, so don’t count on being alone. Only downfall was the road is very long and bumpy and be prepared for no cell phone service. Rent an off road vehicle if you plan to go to town.

Amazing home!

We had our entire family there for Christmas, and it was perfect. The layout of the home is perfect for big groups / families... tons of space, big great room hangout areas both upstairs and down, and tons of room around the pool. Having 4 identical master suites is brilliant for multiple families, and they are are accessible only from the outside, not through a hallway where you deal with noise. It's like having your own private resort. Chino was great, and helped us keep the hot tub nice and hot for the cooler winter mornings, and the ladies that cooked for us were amazing. The house is definitely out of the mainstream Los Bareilles, but that's what makes it so cool... we saw maybe 4 people walk in front of the home on the beach all week. Fishing was pretty great in front of the house, even though it was off season... huge schools of jack crevalle would come in and crush the baitfish right on the beach's edge. Swimming on the beach is super easy, and all sand. They have TONS of swim toys, snorkel gear, and kayaks/SUPS. Awesome house... thank you for making our trip so special.

Amazing family experience!

We take a vacation once per year with our close family friends who moved from Seattle to Oakland, and we were trying to find a very unique experience that fit the occasion. PP Hacienda even exceeded our high expectations. It was such a remote and wonderful location right on the beach, with great spaces for everyone to do their own thing when they want and come together often. All of the staff and Wolf Management people were incredibly wonderful and helpful, so that really made the remote location work well (they assist in shopping, cooking, cleaning, etc. so you can just relax). There are great activities for kayaking, paddle boarding with whale and rays in the bay. The infinity pool is incredible both for the views and kids loved playing in the large pool. All around the experience was the life memory we hoped for thank you!

This home is absolutely stunning. Fit our friends and family perfectly. Chino and his staff I give them 8 star review. Beyond that made a new friends with chino and his buddies. Chinos wife makes wonderful food we had her make enchiladas, huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, menudo, and much more. All very tasty and give her a thumbs up. Also home is very kid friendly. Thank you so much for the beautiful home.

Absolutely beautiful Property!

Our extended family consisting of our mom and three daughters and their families (16 of us) stayed here over Christmas break. What a wonderful property! Easily the nicest we have ever stayed at (and we have been on four extended family vacations together). The drive from the airport, as previously described, was a bit stressful because the last part is on a narrow, dirt road which winds along the ocean with lots of rocks and ruts. But the drive is TOTALLY worth it! The minute you walk in the front door and see the view with the pool and ocean, we realized it was all worth it! Its a clean, spacious, safe and secluded property which is exactly as described. No need to worry about the kids being too loud in the pool. The property had everything we could have ever wanted. The caretaker, Chino, is so friendly and took our boys fishing one day. He came every day to check on us and see if we needed anything. When the boys caught fish his wife and niece came over and made us fish tacos!!! The people at Wolf Property Management were wonderful to work with. Communicated with us all the way up until the day we left. We met them when we came in and they escorted us to the house to walk us around. We also went back into town (Los Barriles) one day to get activity ideas and they were very helpful. This is one property you don't want to miss! We will always remember this house!

Beautiful Hacienda Right on the Beach!

What an amazing trip! There are 4 private master suites with French doors that open up to the ocean breeze & amazing ocean views. King sized beds are comfortable. Master suites have their own private entrance. Family room is very spacious and comfy! Huge television. Dining table is big enough for 14+ people. Kitchen is amazingly appointed with two ovens, warming drawer, double refrigerator & 2 more refrigerators in the pantry along with a professional ice maker. We loved the open floor plan with the family room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, two with ocean views and one with mountain views. Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together. Upstairs is spacious, the same set up as downstairs, family room with huge television, pool table & bar area. Massive covered patio that runs the length of the house that overlooks the pool & beach with 180 degree views. Downstairs the patio has two sectional couches & dining table that are a nice area to hangout and enjoy the view. BBQ with plenty of bar seating. The beautiful blue tiled pool has plenty of seating to relax in with an infinity edge. Also there is a Jacuzzi tub to enjoy as well. Plenty of lounge chairs. Towels are provided for you. Head down the stairs towards the beach and you hit a patio with gas fire pit. Continue to the beach area and that is where there is an underground storage area for all the water toys. Paddle boards, pool floats & kayaks. There is also an area to clean fish if needed. In regards to Wolf Management, they were amazing. They helped us plan all our activities: pick up/drop off at the airport, van rental delivered to the house, quads delivered to the house, chef to cook for us, and a whale excursion. Chino was the caretaker and was at the house everyday to help with anything we needed. Lily was the housekeeper and was there every morning. The house is about 40 minutes by car from Los Barriles on the main road. Twenty-five minutes via the dirt road that runs along the ocean. It’s about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the airport in San Jose Del Cabo. The last 15 minutes to the house from the road is a dirt road. There is only one resort about 5 minutes from the house. Hotel Punta Pescadero. Out in front of the hotel there is some of the best snorkeling along that coast line. Overall an amazing vacation! We will be back!!!

Fantastic house and great people

My first recommendation is to have Wolf Management arrange your transportation from the airport. The ride from Los Barilles to the house is unbelievably bumpy and once you are there you will not need to leave. We rented four cars and we could have saved a ton by not doing this. We had 16 people from four different families ranging in age from 7 to 72. The house has 4 beautiful master suites on the first floor that are all identical so no arguing over who gets the best suite. The suites are big and very well appointed. There is a huge kitchen/dining/living are on the first level as well. The second floor has another huge living area, three more bedrooms and two more baths. We sat around the bar area and played games. The best benefit you get with the house is Chino! He is the caretaker and he took exceptional care of us. He went to the grocery for us several times and took us fishing three times. We had the cooking service for two meals but we cooked the rest ourselves. This was the best family vacation we have ever had! Highly recommend if you want privacy and solitude but with a lot to do. We used the kayaks and paddle boards and the pool is awesome.

Luxury Retreat away from the beaten path

A great location with plenty of bedrooms to comfortably accommodate multiple families or couples. We love the many gathering spaces both indoor and outdoor. By adding meal preparation and cocktails at the end of the day, we get the experience of a fully serviced resort while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere. Great beach exploring and water sports available and gorgeous sunrises!

We just finished a 10 day trip to Punta Pescadero with our family of 15 over Thanksgiving, 2015. We had a great time on the beach enjoying some good waves and water in the low 80s. The kayaks and waveboards in the beach bodegas were put to good use by our children and grandchildren. Snorkeling equipment is available, and there are numerous snorkeling opportunities along the beach. We had three dinners prepared by Ophelia, our caretaker's wife, and they were excellent. We elected to have Thanksgiving dinner at the nearby Hotel Punta Pescadero, and the entire family enjoyed the meal and the live entertainment. On Saturday, Hurricane Sandra kept us indoors, and we enjoyed the 80" TVs downstairs (sports) and upstairs (kids). Each of the 4 downstairs bedrooms has its own TV, and the king sized beds are the same as the beds used by Four Seasons and extraordinarily comfortable. The 3,300 foot airstrip adjacent to the property makes direct fly-in easy. The strip can accommodate piston planes, turboprops, and light jets. The beautiful infinity pool is heated, and the beach is only a short stairway from the pool patio. This home in Punta Pescadero is an exceptional spot for a family vacation.

Perfect time in Punta Pescadero Paradise!!!

My family and I spent an amazing 10 days at this luxurious ocean front home. This home has every single amenity you could ask for and the views and location are spectacular. You can spend the morning swimming in an infinity pool and the afternoon laying on the beach. The beach is accessed directly from the home and feels like it is your private sand. The water is clear and the sand is perfect. We went snorkeling and swimming in 75 plus degree water and also went out fishing. The bedrooms all have ocean views and you can fall asleep listening to the waves crash on the beach. The kitchen is wonderful with high end appliances and there is a built in barbecue so you can cook outdoors. My wife and our two and six month old children had the vacation of a lifetime and we can't wait to go back!!!!!
