Spacious condo!

We had a great stay at ML278. This condo seems larger than other 2bd/2ba at ML. The bed configuration was perfect for our family (1 king/2 twins) and the condo was well stocked from plenty of towels in the bathrooms to every kitchen item I needed. The location is right across from the playground so a short walk to the exit at Ballhooter. The playground does get a bit noisy at times but not enough to bother us. Definitely a condo we would book again.

Comfy and convenient!!

This place is great, proximity to ski lifts was a priority for us and this place delivered by being right next to Ballhooter lift. It was clean, sheets and towels were clean and comfy, unit was warm, and kitchen had every cooking pot, pan, cooking and eating utensil, plenty of glasses and mugs, fridge had a working ice maker, coffee pot and keurig, we loved it. There are only two things I’d change: I wish there was in-unit laundry (I know that’s not easy/possible to change), and some extra cleaning supplies like a broom or small vacuum so I could clean the floor as we were staying there.

Great location...older hotel so some wear and tear is expected

The location of this condo is great. It's a short walk through the lodge to get out to the top of the lift. The unit is located by the play area (think a larger McDonalds play unit) and the front bedroom with twins is right next to the hall so there were times my kids complained about loud children playing in there, but it is supposed to be empty after 730pm. So you could call the front desk if it was a big issue. We stayed mid-week and the lodge is fairly quiet. I imagine it's quite different on the weekends. The unit itself has been updated for the most part but the flooring shifted like it wasn't installed properly so there are fairly large gaps in some areas of the main living space. I stubbed my toe, which is about the worst that can happen. The ceiling fan in the master was bent at the craziest angle like someone had hung from it so that wasn't useful which is a bummer because the unit does get pretty warm but nothing unbearable and we knew the temperature stuff before checking in. The kids fan was really loud so they didn't use it either. The only thing I'd change, other than fixing the floor and fans, is the shower head in the master seems original to the unit and has terrible pressure. We'd consider staying here again based on location and the unit was an expected level of worn, ski places get a lot of hard use. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was the best. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. For the price it was a great value.

A Good Place for Families

It is in a great location. Kitchen is well equipped and has a decent size of living space for our family of 5. The only drawback is that the playground is right outside and can be noisy sometimes.

Ski-in/Ski out

Pluses- Proximity to slopes and village Comfy beds Well-stocked kitchen Cosy unit with a great view Responsive hosts Well-priced compared to other units Minuses- Check-in was supposed to be at 5pm (already a later check-in than most places) and we weren’t allowed to enter the unit until 7:30! WiFi for unit was VERY weak- we could only get coverage from the twin room, streaming movies was not possible Overall, this property ticked most of our boxes and we enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay

Stayed a weekend in late Oct here. The mountain was pretty much closed (was informed before arriving by property owner) but still had a great time. Sightsee'd and only came back here to rest for the night. The place was quaint and cozy. Didn't have any neighbors that we heard, all our expectations were met. Great experience

Nice And Quite

If you arrive during the off season, it is nice and quite. A lot of shops are not open except for the weekend. Leaving it nice and quite. If you’re not a skier or biker enjoying the scenery is the thing to do. We went to ride the nearest thing. The Cass Railroad. Get your tickets early as they do sell out. We missed the train. The room and the surroundings were great.

Not a Vac Rent By Owner

We did not get to go. I tried unsuccessfully to change the dates. The property manager, not the owner, said it was to late to do so. It was Two days before check in. Since we did not go, we had to forfeit what we had paid. Since we did not stay there, I asked the property manager if we could at least get the cleaning fee refunded. Crickets. If I see a listing by this company again, I will definitely not book with them.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Overall this was a fantastic place and we had a great stay! A few improvements thats could be made: The pullout couch is uncomfortable compared to others Ive slept on. The cleaning staff forgot a few items that we had to ask for at the front desk. Other than that the kitchen space is great and we loved our stay here.

Great location and condo

We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo in Mountain Lodge. It was right on the mountain so accessing the UCI World Cup DH venue very easy. We were also in the heart of the XC venue so great spectating. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped with most everything you would need.

GNCC Race

My son was racing his first year at GNCC. We were told we would not be able to get our camper close enough to the race so we rented a condo. It was a little dated, the air was not plugged in when we got there so it took forever to cool off. Overall, it was nicer than some other units!!!!

Perfect location to Ballhooter & great view

First time to Snowshoe Bike Park. Location was perfect! The condo was clean & stocked. We stopped off at the IGA on the way in and cooked most of our meals at “home”. The lodge has “bike” lockers. Laundry was on the same floor and easy to use. All shops within walking distance.

Perfect location

Overall the space is fully equipped and in a very nice location, we loved it, the overall hotel wasn’t that nice but the cabin itself was perfect, the only concern was the A/C, it was not working and there were times where the room reached up to 85 degrees even though the weather outside wasn’t that hot.

Great location - amazing hidden gem

Snowshoe Mountain is truly a hidden gem. We visited over President's Day weekend, so it was busy. This facility is currently undergoing some remodeling, which is needed, but it didn't impact our stay at all. The view in this particular room is amazing. Once the balcony is replaced, it will be spectacular for sure. Truly, no complaints. Check-in was easy. The complex is secured by a gate and guard. Check-out was also smooth. I wish we had stayed a bit longer honestly. We will be back.

Most convenient ski out location

Our second time staying at this location. The room was just the right size with all the amenities we needed. The building itself is dated but with the ski gear lockers located right at the exit to the slopes, you can't get much more convenience. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for a third time.

Great Location

The staff were friendly. Location is awesome; ski in, ski out. The condo was upgraded and had a magnificent view of the mountains. We watched a couple of weddings from the window :) Main bedroom was large. Second bedroom with twin beds was doable. Each bedroom had an attached bath, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay; would stay there again!

Good overall

We were there for the skiing, not to hang out in the unit. The location is great and the unit is overall comfortable. Would stay again. The good: Great location Clean bathrooms Comfortable beds, plenty of bedding Good amenities (stove, coffee maker, toaster, etc....) Good tvs Good condition (mostly) Needs improvement: Unit was not vacuumed No dishwashing liquid (supposed to be provided) Flooring is pulling apart at the ends, big gap was covered up by rug couch was not comfortable to sit on, slopes down wifi did not work most of the time, need to upgrade the router General property: Great location Front desk was mostly nice, one individual was not Felt safe Can be noisy but never had any issues at night Definitely showing it's age Plowing of the parking lot was atrocious, be prepared to constantly dig yourself out
