This home has attention to detail throughout to feel like you are truly "home" the moment you arrive. Come on in, slip off your shoes and head to the patio with a cold drink and soak up the Arizona sunshine, enjoy the newly installed private pool, or read in the shade in this quiet backyard sanctuary.

Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for a family or group of four. Guest room has a queen bed, both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a King bed, offering an ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, and views to the private backyard. The open space entertaining floorplan includes a well-appointed cook’s kitchen and southwest dining area with seating for four.

For those with outdoor play in mind, you landed right in the center of it all. The Grand has, three championship golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, putting greens, two state-of-the-at community centers, and so much more. Two full-service restaurants can also be found within the resort (all resort facilities are for guests staying 30 days or more w/a paid fee). Navigate your way through this resort neighborhood with a golf cart included with the rental for your use.

Explore beyond the resort and visit the Cactus League ball parks, just 20 minutes away, go shopping at one of the many outlet malls, see a movie, take in a concert, or even a hike, just 5 minutes away. Take a road trip to explore Jerome or Sedona; get there by lunch and experience the beauty of Arizona’s famed red rocks. The Grand Canyon is just a few hours away.

• This is an active resort community; at least one person in the rental party must be 45+. Stays must be at least 30 days.
• For stays I do require a copy of driver's licenses as well as a rental agreement .
• Check in time is 3:00 PM or later (self-check-in is an option)
• Check out time is 10:00 AM
• All last-minute reservations are subject to an additional fee
• No pets unless otherwise agreed upon with the Owner (additional deposit); cats are not an option under any circumstances.
• No Smoking, No Vaping
• No large gatherings
• POOL: during the months of April - October, the pool is not heated. Other months of the year, guests are welcome to pay an additional fee to heat the pool.
