This updated ranch sits within minutes of beautiful Wake Forest University, Historical Reynolda House and Gardens, and Old Salem just to name a few.
There are several restaurants and shopping very close by. Reynolda Village is just around the corner if you are looking for great places to dine, shop and relax. If you are here on business, you can come home to peace and quiet in this family oriented neighborhood instead of a stuffy hotel room. There's a patio in the back yard with a gas grill. New 6ft privacy fence recently added. Our two large hospital systems are also very close by. WFU Baptist Medical Center is 2.5 miles away and Forsyth Medical Center is only 4.3 miles away.

Weekend tennis trip

We had a great stay. The location is awesome, and walking distance to Reynolda and Graylyn. We enjoyed the neighborhood and getting outside each morning in these scenic areas. Very clean and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thanks Danielle!

Great neighborhood

My parents, myself, my six year old daughter, and our mini Australian Shepherd stayed here while visiting my sister and her newborn. The house is clean and the kitchen is really well stocked with things to make coffee, cook, dishes, utensils, etc. The beds are comfortable, the home is in a really good/desirable area, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet (not a lot of traffic noise, crazy neighbors etc). The property owners are excellent with communication and available quickly through VRBO. It was a really smooth check in and check out. I would gladly book again with these owners.

Fantastic house in a perfect location

This house could not have been more perfect for my guests. It is clean and beautifully presented, with a stunning, sunny yard in a perfect location backing onto the Graylyn Estate. The host (Danielle) was amazing and very helpful - providing clear and consistent communication. I look forward to booking the house again.

Perfect for Family

We stayed at the house during our son’s college graduation weekend. It was perfect as it had plenty of room for family and a fully functional kitchen for meals. This way we didn’t have to fight the crowds at restaurants. Was a great location as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location and 5 ⭐️Hosts!

This stay was the best experience we have ever had on VRBO! We loved the immaculate home, and the decor was beautiful. The newly fenced huge backyard with privacy was a winner for our 2 pups! The location beside Graylyn and Reynolda Gardens was wonderful for running and taking long walks in a gorgeous setting. Danielle was quick to respond to all our questions, and they truly deserve super host status! We highly recommend this home for anyone wishing to be near Wake Forest University, close to all attractions in W-S, traveling with pups, and wanting to stay in a well kept home and neighborhood!!

Beautiful Spot

Was a nice, well laid out house. Beautiful backyard and a quiet neighborhood. We were traveling between Reynolda Village, Graylyn, Wake Forest and downtown Winston-Salem and the location was perfect. Danielle was a super host and even brought tables over on short notice so we could host friends in the backyard. One of our best VRBO experiences.

This was exactly what we wanted! Great living spaces for our family … large enough bedrooms for an extra blow up mattress and/or a pack ‘n play. Cozy living room, very spacious kitchen. Clean and comfortable furniture and bedding with an extra beautiful back patio and yard!

Why they chose this property

This home is one of our first investment properties. We lived next store for several years then moved away when our kids were born and we outgrew the house. After several years of long term rentals we decided to try something new. We love to travel as a couple and a family and VRBO/Homeaway has always been our "go to" website to look for a place to stay. We have loved every home we've been fortunate enough to stay in and we're grateful to those families who have opened their doors to us. So we would like to do the same for you.
