This rural getaway is close to Merricks General Store, Pt Leo Estate, and Pt Leo Surf Beach. Drive through scenic paddocks and past a fenced dam to unwind in this well-designed home. The Parent Retreat and children’s room are separated, with a dedicated bathroom and split heating-cooling system.

The formal lounge and dining area lead to a large deck with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing. A central kitchen and living space with a fireplace are great for communal time. The bedroom wing is separate, offering privacy with three bedrooms, a large bathroom, and laundry. Everyone will love the spacious outdoor area, including a treehouse cubby. Enjoy peaceful rural living.

Sleeps 10, Quality linen and cleaning services are provided. However, we ask that you bring your beach towels.

It is situated only an hour and a half from Melbourne.

Even Better than the Pictures

The house was even better than pictured in the photos it was suitable for a group or a couples getaway and was well catered to keep everyone entertained. Would love to go back.

A perfect location when you dining at Pt Leo Estate.

A beautiful country property with great views, very private, well equipped and comfortable. With the two fires and heaters it was perfect on a cold and wet weekend for relaxing with a book and good company watching the weather from the picture windows.
