Enjoy beautiful sunrises on the ocean, relax in the heated pool, walk on the beach just outside your door and enjoy excellent near by restaurants. You are also close to supermarkets, rental car shops, Aventura Mall for your convenience. The unit has been fully renovated. The unit can accommodate 4 people (queen bed, sofa bed, and twin bed). This is an apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi anywhere in the apartment. TV with Netflix compatibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, toaster oven, high end silver ware, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, blender and microwave. The unit has bath and beach towels, two adult beach chairs and two child size beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, iron and iron board, hair dryer, 50 inch plasma TV.

$30 FOB per 2 adults for the duration of the stay (Keys to access building facilities, i.e. private pool and beach area, gym, etc.)

Great view and condo

Overall the stay was very nice. Good location, great view. The condo it self could do with a little more comfortable chairs/couches, but overall it was fine. Doing check in was a little bit confusing but overall it worked out. I would recommend this condo to other people traveling or staying in the Fort Lauderdale area.

Short vacation after a cruise

We enjoyed our stay, loved the balcony looking out to the oceanOnly one negative…the bedroom window fell on my finger (when I raised it to open it, it slammed right back down) my finger luckily was just bruised but if it’s not fixed it could really injure someone.I say this just to make you aware.

Long weekend with Mom

The view was everything!!! The room provided all necessities and was clean. The building is VERY secure and staff was friendly. I will stay here again if I return to the area and i would recommend to others. I would have given a 5 star rating but the pullout was not comfortable even with the extra padding and the linens were not freshly cleaned and had to get our own washcloths.

This is my second time staying at the Tides, first time with this host and I will definitely be back again!! Very clean and had all the necessities!! Fantastic place in Hollywood Beach!

This apartment was perfect for my Mom and her visitors for her snowbird trip. Apartment is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The balcony and view is stunning and access to a clean beautiful beach and lovely pool area on top of that. Property Manager is fantastic and the ladies in the office are so nice and really took good care of my Mom during her stay. I highly recommend this place!!

This is a very nice property with an spectacular ocean view. I notice property is very clean , no odor and nice decoration. Only reason that I rate 4/5 starts because beach chairs are dated and need some cleaning . Overall good property to stay by the beach .
