The Plum House is a 2 bedroom holiday home unit. Located in Russell’s Wairoro Park, both you and your pets are welcome to enjoy the large native grounds and private beach. This is an ideal option for a peaceful getaway to the stunning Bay of Islands.
This unique multilevel A-Frame unit offers comfortable family accommodation with 2 bedrooms upstairs one with a king bed and one with 2 singles. And downstairs, open plan kitchen, dinning, lounge with a fold out sofa, full kitchen (no dishwasher) and full bathroom, a covered deck, BBQ and outdoor furniture.
Spend days at the private beach onsite. Set yourself up at the picnic table or enjoy the complimentary Kayaks and paddle board. Be sure to keep watch for Kiwi and Weka living in the surrounding native bush. The Point House also has a large rural property with facilities shared between guests accommodation.
The Russell to Okiato walk crosses the rear of the property and offers spectacular ocean views. If you’re coming across from the Opua ferry, this tranquil holiday park is situated just 2km away. Head over to Russell for the day, just 7 minutes drive and while your there jump on the ferry to Paihia. For a piece of New Zealand, Waitangi is less than 5 minutes from Paihia.
Be sure to bring your furry friend along on holiday to relax at The Plum House - Wairoro Park with you. The perfect location for your next escape.
Please note that there is a 1.5 km gravel driveway into Wairoro Park, with a max speed limit of 30km/hr.As the internal stairs only have one barrier, all guests should use the handrail provided and children should always be supervised when on and around these stairs to prevent potential falls.As there is an unfenced pond within property boundaries, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
