The property was well maintained and clean. The pool was taken care of as well as the lawns. The actual condo was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect and made getting around very easy. It was a very comfortable spot to stay.

Clean and comfortable

Nice property and decent location in north Palm Springs. Can get pretty windy up there, but it’s close to all the restaurants and shopping. Pool was nice, but not heated, so even in June it was too cold to enjoy. Gaston was great with communication and the check in was smooth. Place is clean and comfy with all you need for a nice stay

Will be going back next year

Very nice place. Its a small one bedroom, everything was in good working order and fit the description to a tee. Love being just steps away from the pool and hot tub. No issues with neighbors, pretty quiet place, saw very few children while there, no pet noise. Gaston was always very prompt in his replies.

The property was clean and well kept and close to the pool, but the person above us was extremely noisy. From the time he entered his property until the early hours. It was very difficult to get any sleep. We know the property manager isn’t at fault, but it isn’t doing this properly any favours.

Pleasant Haven...

A very comfortable place....loved the location...the property manager was great to rent from-attentive and caring about any questions and/or concerns that came about. The condo is clean and well located on the property.

Great place everything close ,shopping, restaurants, and freeway

Great owners dealt with any, issues immediately, everything you need supplied in unit, very clean and pool right outside your door, a great experience would come again.

30 day stay in November

Gaston’s Villa was well equipped for our 30 day stay. Looking out on to the pool every day was a nice visual. We easily accommodated an occasional 3rd guest on the air mattress. Its location close to downtown via walking or the free bus (Th-Sat) allowed us to not rent a call for much of our stay. The Tram Road across the street provided an intense 3 mile walk on many days. Gaston was a very accommodating host who made himself available via text and phone during our stay.
