This home overlooks the pool/hot tub area and the pickleball courts below. Relax and enjoy the comforts of a beautiful living room with a large flat-screen TV. There is a dining room as well as bar stools for your dining pleasure. The contemporary kitchen has beautiful quartz countertops and brand-new slate appliances. It is fully stocked for your every need. The Master bedroom has a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked for your convenience. Estancia is a brand new complex in Green Valley a heartbeat away from St George or Santa Clara. Now open with new pickleball courts, hot tub, and a large pool and basketball court. Across the street from the condos are hiking and biking trails to explore!

Perfect spot

I found this place for myself (the aunt), my nephew, and great nephew. We each LOVED having our own bedroom with attached bathroom. Because my great nephew is a competitive swimmer, he needed the tub for his post meet soaks. The condo was about a 15 minute drive to the university where the meet took place. If I am ever in St George again, I would stay here.

Great Place to Stay!

Stella’s was an amazing place to stay. We like to cook our meals rather than eat out and this was the best stocked kitchen ever! I told my family we should book this place for Thanksgiving- it’s that good! The apartment was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. We enjoyed the pool and had fun playing pickleball. We will stay here again in the future!

Wonderful stay!

We were only in town for three nights but we had an incredible stay! The unit was spacious and clean, the pool was an easy walk away and there were trails to hike just across the street! Would highly recommend.
