Welcome to “All I Ever Wanted” a beautiful 2 bedroom newly renovated January 2023 cabin located in the peaceful area of the Arts & Craft Community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
This cozy cabin is located in a peaceful setting less than 5 miles to the town of Gatlinburg, and is the perfect place to getaway, relax and have fun in the Smoky Mountains. The nearest convenience store and gas station are approximately less than 2 miles from the cabin.
All I Ever Wanted features 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 ½ Baths, ***WIFI ****Hot Tub*** Porch Swing*** Large Fire Pit Area*** Level Entrance To Main Level Arcade multicade, YouTube TV provided.
The cabin features a spacious open living room with cathedral ceiling, all wood interior walls, a beautiful gas fireplace, hardwood flooring, furnished kitchen, open dining room. The living room has new leather living room furniture, 50” Flat Screen TV with DVD Player, Cable TV & WIFI Router.
Towels (8) and linens provided.
The main level bedroom offers a queen bed, 32” flat screen TV with DVD player. The bedroom has hardwood flooring and new bedding.
A private bath is also located on the main level. The bathroom features hardwood flooring, stand up shower, vanity and toilet.
The upstairs features a king size bed and is open to the lower level and also has a private ½ bath. (Toilet & Vanity)
The kitchen area features hardwood flooring, new counter-top, new stainless steel appliance and is furnished for preparing those delicious meals.
Step out the back porch and relax on the porch swing or walk a few steps and enjoy the new fire pit area. The fire pit area is a great place to enjoy those cool nights with your family and friends. Back porch also has a set of corn hole boards. Putt -putt rug upstairs in loft along with putter 3x9 rug.
After a long day of shopping the hot tub on the deck is the perfect place to unwind and soak your cares away.
This cabin gives you the true feeling of Smoky Mountain living with its rustic charm.

My name is Jake Cowart I am a Realtor with Century 21 and The Jane Terrell Team. My family has always been involved in hospitality in the Smoky Mtns. We have bought and sold cabins over the years. I help investors find the perfect cabin for their budget and goals. I also help people that have a dream of retiring or relocating to beautiful East Tennessee. My wife and I wanted to offer friends and family an extension of our home with this cabin. I know you will not regret renting our cabin. I am not an out of state owner that checks on our cabin twice a year. I live 15 minutes from the cabin and will do what ever it takes to make your stay one to remember. This cabin will be "All you Ever Wanted"

Great location...... easy to get to even on Holiday weekends. Close to attractions, great outdoor area. Has a shabby chic log cabin feel. I sell cabins I knew this cabin remodeled would be a great renter.
