This recently upgraded 3 bedroom/2 bath condo sleeps 8 with a cozy king size bed in the master bedroom, an on suite bathroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and twin over full bunk in the third bedroom. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with new appliances and all the comforts of home. Living Room has a sleeper sofa, and lots of comfortable seating. Enjoy the breathtaking Gulf view from the master bedroom and living room areas. Take a refreshing swim in one of the three pools SeaSpray has to offer, or soak in the hot tub. You can also enjoy our well equipped beach front gym, grilling area, and marina with a boat slip. If you're up for a game, we also have newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts for your enjoyment! Come and relax in this coastal getaway! You will not be disappointed.
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
