Ashryn by the Sea is a wonderful 3-bed, 2.5 bath townhouse on Wonderful St. Simons Island, Georgia. This is a beautiful constructed end unit town home, which was the model unit for the Reserve development, so it has all the upgrades you would expect and

Located on the popular south end of the island, within walking distance of Starbucks, Demere Grill, Bonefish Grill, Southern Soul BBQ, and the restaurants of Redfern Village.

The home is 1800 square feet with 9 foot ceilings and tray ceiling in master bedroom, and a 1 car garage for your use.

The owners suite has a king size bed, with HDTV and Roku, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet with plenty of storage.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, HDTV with Roku and the third bedroom features twin beds, with HDTV and Roku.

Both bedrooms have plenty of storage with access to the main hall bath and separate laundry room.

The town home has Wi-Fi for those who like to stream their entertainment through YouTube Live, Netflix, Amazon Prime, VUDU, Hulu and music channels such as Pandora and Spotify.

The kitchen is well equipped for the Martha Stewart’s with a farm house table and seating for 12, stainless steel appliances and granite countertop's.

The house is equipped with a Nest Thermostat, so we will have the home comfortable for your arrival.

The patio has a new BBQ for your grilling pleasure.

Our town home provides a starter supply of coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent.

Early check in or late check out based up availability, just ask!

For a respite from the beach, the community pool is a short 3 minute walk, so come and relax, you won’t be disappointed. No need to bring any beach chairs, sun shades, towels, beach buggy’s, just pack your swimsuit and enjoy St. Simons Island!

Nice townhouse and convenient location!

Very spacious townhouse located in Retreat neighborhood. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds! Jeremy was very responsible and flexible to accommodate our needs!

Beautiful SSI

The condominium was beautiful. Everything you possibly need was furnished. The pool and surrounding properties are gorgeous. Lovely neighbor next door. The owners are extraordinary and overwhelmingly helpful. We can't wait to visit again.

Just as the pictures show

This was our first time visiting the area and we really enjoyed our stay. The townhouse was exactly as the picture appeared. It was beautiful, very clean, roomy, and had more than we needed. If you wanted to cook meals at the house, it was stocked with pots and pans, utensils, toaster, etc. The booking process and checking in was super easy, so easy in fact that I kept looking at the listing to make sure I didn’t miss anything. The location was perfect for us. It was a short drive to the beach and shops. We visited Jekyll Island while there. I would definitely visit this areas again and even book the same place.

Perfect location and awesome condo

Came down from NC for the RSM Classic. This condo is beautiful and the perfect location for our stay. Check in/out was seamless . Had a question at check out and the owner responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet & Comfortable

Wonderful townhouse!

The townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Nice quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re up that way.

Overall, the townhome was nice. The road is noisy. It sleeps 6 people but there were only 2 Keurig pods and the creamers were spoiled. Would have been nice to have coffee in the home without immediately going to the store. Seems simple and such a small expense to provide a cup of coffee for guests.

Wonderful St. Simons House!

This was such an amazing place to stay for our family vacation! We would definitely stay there again! I love how extremely spacious the house is. The beach themed decor all throughout the house adds a very welcoming touch!

Splendid Oasis

This is an amazing and charming place for a family to get away. We came to St. Simons to stay for a gymnastics competition for our daughter who is a national gymnast that was being held on Jekyll Island. We got more than we expected. We ended up with a much needed retreat from our everyday lives.... even our teen didn't want to leave.

Great vacation getaway

We had a great vacation and part of the reason was the townhome. It has everything you need plus more. It was nice to have a garage to park one of our cars

Epic 2 days!

My son, daughter, & I had a sunrise to sunset day (literally) on SSI! This condo/townhouse was a very nice base camp. Beautifully decorated and convenient. It’s right by Demere which is easy 5 mins to the village. I had never used VRBO personally, but it was a smooth process. The place says “dog friendly “ and I wasn’t aware that I needed to disclose that making the reservation. One of our fur babies had a major anxiety issue, first time ever, and there was a neighbor complaint. The owner and I talked and resolved that issue easily. Admitted first time user mistake on my part. They are reasonable renters and I would recommend this place for a short or long vacation. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Fantastic experience

Crisp Clean and Comforting

We were blessed to be the first renters in this lovely condo. We were in town for a family wedding and the accommodations were better than described. Everyone in our family said the beds were comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The owners were readily available and answered all my questions. The location was close enough to everything on the island yet far enough from the business of everything going on. The sweet little fenced in back porch was fenced in and secluded. You didn’t feel like you were in a condo. Quiet area and great for families, guys golf trips or girl get alway weekend!! Thanks so much.
