Get to Fort lauderdale, Dania Beach and Hollywood beaches in less than 10-15 minutes, Miami Beach 25 max, malls, entertainment spots of Fort Lauderdale donwtown or Miami downtown, Winwood within minutes by public tran/sportation by car, Train, Buses, Uber or Lyft. Fort Lauderdale Airport is 7 minutes away, Hard Rock cafe casino 10 max.

Kitchen ( LIGHT COOKING ONLY) dining room, pool, fitness room (access is available upon request), laundry room inside home.

An spacious living room and a patio with a BBQ grill plus a lounge and table for eating overlooking the stunning water view.
