Master Bedroom has King Size bed, flat screen TV, 2nd Bedroom has Queen size Bed Flat screen TV, 3rd Bedroom has Bunk beds with full and twin size mattress. Air Mattress also provided if needed. Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with Dishware, toaster Oven, Blender, microwave and much more. Outside Gas Grill and Patio set. Off street parking - 6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! - Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs / Umbrella /Beach Buggy all kept in garage to be used during your stay. Linens can be included for additional fee. Loved the shady front yard for our granddaughter to play outside, the garage was a special treat loaded with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, etc. A great week on LBI.

Overall a nice property that is well situated. Good beach equipment and nice kitchen. Everything worked well except the locks are a little touchy. There is a fire siren a few doors down that went off twice in our visit. Comfortable beds

Ideal location in Beach Haven as beach, restaurants, shops and grocery store are all within walking distance. Parked my car and with the exception of driving to the Barnaquet Lighthouse, I did not use it at all during our stay! Spacious property with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We were a party of six with two teenagers and never once felt cramped. Locks on both the front door and back door could be fixed. Make a list to bring sheets for twin, full, queen and king size bedding, bath towels, dishcloths, sponges, dish soap, paper towels, bath soap, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner and potholders (if you plan on cooking).

This property was a great location, walking distance to popular restaurants, the beach and attractions in Beach Haven. The house was perfectly sized for our group, clean and organized. We will definitely consider this property again for our annual trip to LBI!

This property was well maintained and had everything you needed. Great location and walking distance to Bay Village. Parking in the area was easy and there’s room for one car in the driveway too.

Relaxing beach week
Cute duplex house with all the necessities for a nice beach vacation. The location is the star, walkable to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars, the market, and shops. The kitchen had the essentials and was clean. We stayed at the end of the summer season and some things were a bit worn/broken (shower tiles broken off, broken towel holder, bathroom sink drained slowly (they did have Drano under the sink which helped), some pillows were soiled ) and bathrooms could use a deep clean. Not much usable outdoor space, porches are very small. Overall it was a good place to stay and be close to everything.

We accidentally locked ourselves out of the the house and Philip responded to my SOS immediately and helped us get back in. It saved put holiday. We are very appreciative.

None of the door, lock box or garage codes worked to get in with the exception of one lock box which had to be pried open. House was cleaned but not well. Luckily I brought my own quilt and pillows along with linens because the ones that were there did not smell clean. Not sure why this house was listed as a 5 star property.

the overall property was good, but it could use some work and cleaning. The BBQ grill was a total waste, it was fifty . Hasn't been clean in ages, the outside and inside. We couldn't use, a disappointment. the bunk beds were not the ones pictured in the viewing of the house. the mattress was very bad,In that room an outlet was hanging from the wall, we wanted to have our 3 year old sleep in that room. The one bathroom outside the master bedroom had a fifty shower curtain. These things should be addressed by the owner, if they want return renters
