LV302 Secluded Two-Story Legacy Villas Townhome Tucked Up Against The Mountains!

Come enjoy this three bedroom townhome tucked away in a secluded part of the Legacy Villas community in La Quinta. The two story property offers desert living at its best. A spacious great room provides plenty of living space and connects to a full kitchen of stainless steel appliances. The downstairs master bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, chest of drawers and a flat screen TV. The master bath has dual vanities, a large soaking tub, shower and water closet. The two guest rooms are upstairs; one with a queen bed and one with two twins. Each guest bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a fourth full bathroom downstairs near the laundry room. The townhome is comfortable for up to eight guests using a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The back patio is accessed from the living room and master bedroom. It offers unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa mountains and has a dining table with seating for four. The attached garage has room for two vehicles and there is ample street parking steps from the home. A satellite community pool and spa is less than fifty feet away and the primary kids pool, lap pool, clubhouse and fitness center are a five minute walk.

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Small but nice

We have stayed at many different units in Legacy Villas for 15+ years. The two-story unit was what it was. Nice location right next to a pool at the back/west side of the property. Quiet and peaceful location. That said, we were there in the middle of summer (110-115° heat) and the upstairs A/C was not cooling as it should have making for a warmer than desired upstairs bedroom.

Amazing Location

I stayed here with my daughter ( 1.5 years old), my mother, and two sisters and we had an amazing time! They generously provided a pack n play and high chair which made the vacation so much easier with an infant. The unit could not be closer to the pool and jacuzzi and there were hardly anyone at the pool our entire vacation. The unit was clean and spacious. We enjoyed staying in the unit and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful condo and location!

We stayed here last year for the 4th of July weekend as well and we loved that this location is right next to one of the many pools. The condo is very clean and spacious and we will Definitely stay here again!

Nice but a bit overpriced

The condo is nice but definitely could use an update with the furniture, decor and pots and pans. The fry pan was so old we went and bought our own. We had an issue with two of the smoke detectors starting to chirp right before bed the first night. We called the answering service and they told us we were out of luck and they could do nothing to help us. We luckily found a ladder and had to dismantle them to sleep. There is a two car garage but there was a large table in the garage so we could only park one car. The main tv’s volume didn’t work and would turn up very loud unexpectedly and would turn off without notice. Maintenance came the next day and fixed the smoke detectors but couldn’t fix the tv or move the table. For the price of the condo I expected more especially with the issues we had. It’s a great location with the pool right outside the condo but that also means pool noise. There was a quiet pool right across the street but that wasn’t always quiet either. The management company never checked on us about the issues we had and that was disappointed and made me think that they didn’t really care. I feel like this condo is overpriced for what is offered.

Good location

I have stayed in Legacy Villas over a dozen times. I like the location and the size and amenities of the villas. LV302 main issue was the air conditioning. The sign by the thermostat said do not set below 73 or the unit would freeze up. The upstairs never cooled down enough to make sleeping comfortable and the downstairs was only slightly better. Can't image how bad it would have been if the temperature outside was 100 instead of 90. Furniture in living room is little worn out and you sag down when you sit on it.

We loved sleeping at the home... we would leave the house by 8am and return after midnight... so we didn't make use of the house except for sleeping and showering. Next time we will stay in the home and visit local businesses in the neighborhood. This will create a better review.

Family Get a way

We enjoyed our stay, the property was very comfortable, very roomy with amazingly close access to the pool right off the living room and primary bedroom. The views to the mountains made you feel like your reach out and touch them they are so close. It was a busy weekend at the location but had access to another pool and space directly across the street. Communication on reservation/check in and out was perfeclty easy. Look forward to returning.

We've stayed here before and like the location to the pool right next to the patio (What's up with the side gate always locked?). Unit could use some updating to furniture and kitchen supplies, but still enjoyable. Only bummer was that the pool next to our unit was closed for the entire week we were there. We went after a holiday weekend so some pools got so dirty they had to close them. Luckily we still had a few other pools to choose from. We like the location and surrounding area. Might try a different unit next time but won't hesitate to pick this one again. Most problems were related to the resort and not our unit. We will stay here again but most likely before a holiday and not after.

Cricket Infestation

We arrived Friday afternoon and were greeted by a ton of live and dead crickets. We just assumed they were maybe in there and the place had been vacant for a while, But every morning we woke up there were even more. The disappointing part is that the property manager would not even acknowledge my message. Obviously nothing could be done as we were already there but to at least respond to a message would have been wonderful. The location is wonderful and we had a great time since we were out at the pool most of the time but until they get the pests under control and respond to messages I don’t recommend this place.
