Ground floor apartment with south-facing terrace 100 m from the beach

Our ground floor apartment with terrace for 4 people is located on the quiet south side of the apartment complex Beach Apartment Callantsoog, only about 100 m from the kilometer-long sandy beach and a few minutes' walk from the town center. The modern, approx. 65 m² apartment was lovingly renovated from September 2011 and mostly newly furnished. Further modernizations and equipment are carried out continuously.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two double beds (1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and a large living / dining room with kitchenette including ceramic hob and microwave.

In the cozy living area there is a flat screen TV, on which you can also receive German programs and a stereo.

A washing machine and dryer are in a common room and can be used with brands available from the caretaker.

Four chairs, a table, two deckchairs and a parasol are available for the terrace.

Ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Appartement. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Dank des täglichen Sonnenscheins haben wir die Terrasse ausgiebig genutzt.

Het was een prima verblijf. Helaas was de badkamer koud, omdat de radiator het niet deed. De achterdeur tochtte nogal, ook terwijl hij op slot zat. De service was goed, want we kregen een elektrische kachel voor de badkamer.

Wir waren nun zum wiederholten Male in dieser Wohnung und schätzen die Wohnung und die Lage sehr. Es passt einfach für uns. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Kommunikation funktioniert schnell und zuverlässig und die Lage ist wunderbar. Wir können diese Wohnung für 4 Personen auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Es war alles sehr sauber und alles Notwendige war vor Ort. Top!!! Die Terrassenstühle sind etwas unbequem und das Sofa im Wohnzimmer lässt sich mehr komplett zurück schieben.

Gelungener Urlaub
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Da wir im letzten Jahr schon einmal da waren, kannten wir schon die Umgebung und die Gegebenheiten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand. Für die Kids ist das spielen im Sand das Größte. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Eisdiele und Restaurants sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Top Lage
Normalerweise sind wir immer in Bergen, NH. Aber dieses Apartment hat besonders aufgrund der Lage zum Strand überzeugt. Beim check-in war kein Schlüssel in der vorgesehenen Box - das Problem wurde aber schnell behoben, da der Ansprechpartner nur 1 Minute entfernt war und mit dem Rad kam. (Er wohnt sonst auch in dem Apartment-Komplex.) Zur Einrichtung: Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren liebevoll und stilsicher eingerichtet. Das Wohnzimmer passte, unserer Meinung nach, nicht dazu - aber da sind die Geschmäcker eben auch verschieden. Insgesamt ist das Apartment super ausgestattet- es fehlt an nichts. Hinterm Deich befindet sich direkt der Strand, sodass wir von der mini “Terrasse” keinen Gebrauch gemacht haben. Parkplatzsituation auch top, da man Koffer und Einkäufe direkt in die Wohnung tragen kann. Wir würden nochmal wiederkommen!

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in Callantsoog. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt direkt hinterm Deich. Im Sommer sicherlich richtig super! Bei uns war das Wetter durchwachsen, aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts.😉 Also alles prima, vielen Dank!

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft :)
Wir waren als Familie unterwegs und fühlten uns rundum gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die strandnahe Lage und der Spielplatz direkt am Haus waren für uns besonders toll.

Es hat einfach gepasst
Tolle Lage der Wohnung (superschnell am Strand, aber auch zentral zu Supermarkt, Bäcker sowie Restaurants und Geschäftesn), aber trotzdem ruhig. Die Wohnung war unsere "Oase" für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub:) Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos (selbst auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen, herzlichen Dank noch mal dafür!) Bei Kleinigkeiten vor Ort (Licht hatte im Bad nicht funktioniert) gab es auch jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner und es wurde sich direkt drum gekümmert und das "Problem" behoben! Es wurde also von allen Seiten alles dafür getan, dass wir unvergessliche Urlaubstage in Callantsoog verbringen durften :)

Eine tolle Woche in Callantsoog
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Sie liegt sehr ruhig auf der Rückseite des Komplexes und nah am Strand, auch der Ortskern von Callantsoog ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hausmeister ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben den Urlaub im Beach Appartement sehr genossen.
