Designed circa ‘73 by Australian icon Karl Fender, one of Australia's finest architects, renowned for projects such as Eureka Tower and MoNA.
On 3.5 acres, tucked into the gum trees of Mount Martha is this stunning example of Mid-Century living.
Sprawling over 6 levels, the meticulously restored house features original oversized windows, wood panelled ceilings and walls, terrazzo floors. Also, a generous kitchen, Palm Springs style pool and fully equipped gym.
This bold two-story 70s house is filled with collectable furniture and decor very much from this era. Its distinctive style and space will leave you feeling like you’ve stepped back in time.
It can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably with, trundle beds available in the two single bedrooms (for up to 12 guests if necessary).
Bedroom 1 downstairs - queen bed with ensuite and double shower
Bedroom 2 downstairs - double bed with original small 70s ensuite
Bedroom 3 upstairs - queen bed
Bedroom 4 upstairs - single bed with trundle
Bedroom 5 upstairs - single bed with trundle
Bedroom 6 upstairs - bunk beds and office space
There is a third bathroom upstairs with small original 70s bath/shower for bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 6.
Additional separate powder room located downstairs.
Four living/dining areas.
There is a six-seater dining table in one room (which can become an eight-seater) and a four-seater dining table in the kitchen (can become a six-seater)
Gym - 12 years and above only
Fully functioning laundry, with laundry chute
Additional extras:
Nespresso machine
A bottle of local wine on arrival
Quality Hifi system with a record player and a wide selection of records

Full Netflix access on 2 separate televisions
