The wall of windows on the upper level provided a beautiful view of the beach! It was an open floor plan with lots of seating. We also enjoyed the hot tub, games and puzzles. The convenient location is only a short walk to the beach. We were pleased by the quality of the local restaurants & shops. We also enjoyed whale watching!

We spent a 4 day weekend here and it was a great location with only a short walk to the beach access. Gorgeous view of the ocean and plenty of room for all of us to spread out.Would definitely stay again!

This bluff side cottage is so quaint and cozy. Good internet for work, right near the beach and shopping. Absolutely stunning panoramic views of the ocean. The only thing it is missing is an overstuffed sectional on the upper level so you can kick your feet up and enjoy the views. Just lovely. Thank you for your hospitality!

We came for New Years had s beautiful trip. Needed some bigger pans. Wish the ice maker worked and the barbecue was upstairs by the kitchen. The property was gorgeous.

This house was beautiful and had the perfect view of the Pacific Ocean at any level of the home. Our favorite past time was whale watching from the third level of the home. It was amazing! We felt very comfortable staying in this home. It was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed and more. We would definitely come back. :-)

The house was very nice overall However, every cabinet door was falling off hinges, downstairs sofa bed is broken, hot tub is very dated and controls are falling off, and porches need sanding down and restained.

Amazing location, beautiful views of surfers and ocean. The house is modern and decorated nice. Walls are a little beat up which is understandable. Toaster didn’t work at all, but having a Keurig was great. All pans need to be replaced. The 2 large beds were comfy but had one normal pillow to sleep with, other 2 were decorative shams, so bring your own. Bunk bed mattresses felt like a box spring with sheets over it. Lost Wifi after the second night and never had it again, reached out to management company and nobody was sent to fix it.

We stayed at this property six years ago! And, again this time we enjoyed it very much. The house was immaculate; but there are some 'dings' - on/in the stairway wall; chipped paint in the larger street-side bedroom on the lowest floor; mildew on the plastic 'walls' next to the hot tub. The living room furniture appeared to be in excellent shape. New perhaps?. **The lock on the hot tub was VERY difficult to undo. (Fortunately, my son-in-law was strong enough to un-lock it). I mention these items so that greater problems are avoided and others can enjoy it. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely home with the best views I’ve ever seen from any house I’ve ever stayed in. The hot tub was great. The easy access to beach just a few houses down. Wish we could have stayed longer. Didn’t get to use firepit. Pretty wild storm passed through the first night, but was still a great experience.

Great Spot on the Beach
Very nice house with great amenities right on the beach. Pictures and descriptions are spot-on, there are sweeping views from every room and the hot tub. Lots of stairs, so be aware if you have family members with mobility issues. There’s some chipped paint and worn cushions, but I found that a plus — it’s casual and homey and fine for kids who aren’t always so conscientious. My only complaint is the inflexibility of the check in time. It was a long trip for us, and we had a carful of groceries. We got there about an hour early and the house was empty, but we had to sit in the driveway until 4:00. We stayed for three days and did not leave the house except to walk on the beach. Highly recommended for a family getaway.

Coast reunion
We loved this property , waves crashing from every room , breathtaking views , decks , fire pit , fireplace , hot tub! Short walk or drive to beach access . Fun watching surfers from the deck and we had frequent seagull visitor who just hung out , we named him Horace. So much room for 4 of us to spread out . Only issue which was not addressed for 2 days , no access to cable or internet . Someone finally came over , it took 2 of them never resolved the TV at all but we did get internet. Luckily we brought some DVDs we could watch on on the downstairs TV. Never got Netflix running . The person who came to fix it and his other guy said they knew there was a problem before we checked in but no one told us. For the price tag on this rental expected much better service. Tiny dude note, needed an iron and board, called as we couldn’t find one , were told they were reaching out to housekeepers . No answer in that for entire stay . Do you know, I found those in the front closet as we were departing, iron was underneath a bunch of stuff on top shelf and someone had burnt the bottom of it . You need a new iron in there. Overall , we loved the property just need to upgrade your service .

Unfortunately did not meet expectations
I would have loved to have a great experience and leave a great review. Unfortunately the house was nice but did not meet expectations for what we paid for 2 nights! It was not thoroughly cleaned. 2 blinds in the main bedroom were broken so our view wasn’t as nice as it could have been. The house is on the beach, but you have to walk down the street to access the beach at the public access point. The fire pit was full of debris and there was no wood. We had to clean it out then run to the store to buy wood. You would think at a months mortgage rent per night, they could supply a cord of wood or two. There was no garbage can so we had to leave garbage outside. All in all it was a very special occasion for our family meeting our first grandchild and it was full of nuisances like these few listed and many more.
