Beautiful newly remodel 2 bdrm duplex in the heart of downtown Jax urban core
Beautifully appointed newly renovated 2 bedroom house with full bath and update kitchen and private off street parking. The property is located in the heart of downtown Jacksonville predominantly African American older neighborhood which is going thru revitalization. If you are not comfortable in an urban setting please do not book this unit. The area is not the most desirable to look at but we have added security features and amenities for a comfortable stay. The home is 10 mins from the riverside shops and restaurants. this beatutiful unit comes fully furnished and equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. Also within 10 mins from the Jaguar stadium and a quick 30 min drive to the beach. Please note max guest is 4 and no smoking or parties are allowed in the unit at all times.

I needed affordable lodging in a centralized location. That criteria overlaps urban neighborhoods which likely lack the aesthetic of plush gardens and well manicured lawns. Nonetheless, this location felt safe. Most importantly, the property felt safe due to the extra security measures provided. Clean, well stocked, met my expectations easily. And was truly just a 10-15 min ride from what ever we needed.
Using a adjective that would suggest the “urban” location was safe and welcoming was, in my opinion, false advertising. The neighborhood any anything but that.
The experience overall was great. There was a snafew with the original property that I had book but was handled quickly and I was put in a great place. It was like they had thought of everything making my birthday experience great!

Treatment was awesome me and my family was treated well for begin a out of town guest they help me as much as they can with this transition to a new city.. The customer service is a great thing with this transition .. Thank you
