Very good

While close to lift 7, we had to request soap and extra blankets. There is mold in the shower stall and the bracket to the drapes in the bedroom is falling out of the wall. The drawers in the kitchen need to be held up to keep from falling out. And the hot tub was not working.
Excellent location, was ski in/out, but only for experienced skiers. Pretty steep black run with moguls to ski in! Close to town, enjoyed the hot tub, very efficient unit.
Love the location. Off the beaten path, nice and quiet but still walkable to all the good happenings. We would stay again for sure. Management company was great and so easy to work with. Careful with the drawers in the bedroom and kitchen!
Lived up to the listing. Ample space for two adults. Well stocked kitchen. Right next to a lift. Though a bit of a walk to bars and restaurants, we had great experience with the shuttle. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay!
We stayed here President’s weekend for our first trip to Telluride and were very pleased to find how easy it was to ski in and out from this condo. Our teenaged boys found the new Pottery Barn sofa sleeper to be very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and we’d definitely stay here again. You can get on/off the town loop bus from the parking lot and didn’t have to drive once we arrived. Very convenient location to local restaurants.

Telluride stay
Condo was close to bus stop and river trail. It had no views and was rather dark inside. The bathroom was tired and needed deep cleaning.
This was a fantastic spot. Just a few steps to ski rentals and lift 7. Fairly easy ski in from telluride trail (blue) or for crazy people, some other black runs. Hard to beat location. 1/4 mile walk to Clark’s market for groceries and a 1/2 mile walk along the San Miguel river trail to downtown is also hard to beat.
The condo is about 150 yards to chair 7, great location. The living space was clean, but dated and small. Appliance were new. The condo hot tub is old and needs to be cleaned.
We really enjoyed its location and it was very comfortable….A little disappointed in the laundry set up. The vagueness in the laundry description, kind of lead us to believe there were machines in the unit…Reality there is just one coin operated set in the garage for the whole complex. This would not keep me from staying there again, I just will pack different next time.
There was a lot of good about this unit. Good location, good communication with the manager and very clean. If I could give a 3.5 star review, I would. The issue was the hide a bed. There were a large number of springs missing on the mattress platform, making the bed unusable for my kiddos. I had seen a previous review about this issue and had assumed it had been fixed. I cannot imagine the issue was unknown to the owners.
To be fair, I emailed the manager, who was, very responsive and offered to bring an air mattress.
We paid for and expected a unit that could sleep 4 and reasonably expected a functional bed for the kids. Instead they slept on the floor.
In my opinion I would not book this for a 4 person stay until they have addressed the bed issue. If you do book for 4 expect 2 people to use an air mattress.
If it's just 2 of you or they address the bed issue then I would highly recommend this unit.

DON'T RENT THIS PLACE
If I could give future renters any advise it would be RUN, RUN LIKE THE WIND. My wife and I rented this unit for a week in July 2016. All I can say is thank God the weather was great and we could spend as much time away from as possible. We are frequent users of VRBO properties and this was the worst ever. There are safety hazards in this unit. The oven door is missing the thermal break in the handle. The outlets are loose and plugs will not stay. The carpet is separating at every seam. The blinds are rotted and can't be opened. We used a chip clip to hold the door blind up. The kitchen and bathroom sinks are chipped. It's dark and uninviting. If you need to pull the sleeper out you would need to move the 72" diameter table (it's huge for a small unit). The circa 1990 17" "flat screen' DVR/TV combo was housed in a cabinet made for a 42" tv. This unit is in serious need of being gutted and renovated from its 1983 origins
What makes this place wonderful is the location. It’s perfect for ski in ski out. Overall we were very pleased.
I would strongly suggest, however that the second bed option on the couch be improved. My daughters were quite uncomfortable. The kitchen has most of what is needed for very simple cooking but really recommend that a nonstick frying pan be provided. There is only one small old pan and for frying up hearty breakfasts before skiing, it was a mess.
Sorry to sound nit picky! Again. We love telluride and this location but those two improvements would have really made a difference for us.
We really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean and cozy. My husband and I came with another couple that are friends of ours. The frame on the pull out bed wasn’t sturdy for 2 adults, but the couch itself was very cozy. We had a great time!
Perfect for a couple but the Condo Would be small for a larger family. Location at end of town, which we enjoyed as it gave us ample walking opportunity.

Chair 7 Condo Week Ski Trip
As there were only 2 of us for the majority of the stay, the place was comfortable enough with one sleeping on a non-folded out couch and one in the bedroom.
The Good:
-Location was great, right next to lift 7.
-Condo was easy to access.
-All the towels seemed new and plush in the bathroom
-New fridge and dishwasher.
-Nice balcony with staircase for getting ready
-Dish soap, dishwasher detergent and new sponges provided
The Bad:
-The couch itself was comfortable, but when pulled out into a bed was the worst thing I have ever felt. I feel that stating this place holds 4 people is a stretch, especially since the bed in the bedroom I think was only a full size.
-The drawer under the microwave in the kitchen didn't work properly, essentially almost fell out.
-The HVAC system was inconsistent, cold and then hot. Woke up a few times in the night sweating.
-The bed sheets initially were dirty, but the management changed them out, and they were better.
-One of the electrical outlets in the dining area was missing a face plate, although this by itself is not a big deal, but probably should be fixed.
-The shower could go for a really good scrubbing.
------
All in all, for 2 people, the place was fine. When our 3rd showed up, the sleeping situation was not great.
