What can be more appealing than a property set in an open landscape on the edge of the sea, with magnificent panoramic views and perfect tranquillity.

As you open the balcony door, stand back and take in the glorious views across the garden, the swimming pool and out to sea.Each unit has a spacious and private balcony and with the doors open, the view is fantastic even from the inside of every front room.

There are 2 one bedroom apartments of 40sq.m. They consist of one bedroom. On the sitting/dining area there are a sofa, a satellite TV and a table with chairs. At the one side of the room there is the open plan kitchen, equipped with a 3 ring stove, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, squeezer and kitchenette. The sofabed can be used for a third person.

The bathroom is equipped with shower room with hydro massage. All bedrooms have air-conditioners. Linen and towels are provided. Both apartments have balconies with panoramic sea view and garden furniture. From the balconies stairs lead to the garden and the pool.

Guidance - We share with you all the basic information about the area and the town of chania(restaurants,museums,shops,beaches) and anything else you may need.

Cleaning service - Is offered twice weekly
Linen and towels change - Is offered twice weekly
Garden care - Is offered weekly
Pool cleaning - Standar cleaning is twice a week.The pool is cleaned more frequently if necessary.
