The resort has a unique ambiance that mixes both old and new and does so with style. The units have a modern feel on the inside with a hint of rustic touches. You will find the space comfortable and cozy with comforts like cable TV, kitchen/kitchenettes, and washer/dryers in unit allowing you to have a home away from home.



The resort is perfectly situated allowing guests the option of what type of adventures they wish to embark on while visiting this beautiful resort. Nightlife in Pheonix, tee off at various greens nearby, or simply immerse oneself into nature, whatever you choose, memories of your stay at Cibola will only bring a smile to your face once remembered.




Pools are open all year round 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Visitors must be at least 48" tall to ride the water slide on property.

Cibola Vista Resort Peoria Az

This was probably our 7th or more time staying at this resort. We really enjoy Cibola Vista and the area around it. We have family living in Surprise Az, not far from the resort. The (2) concerns I have with Cibola Vista are, no ceiling fans in the rooms and for the second time we really couldn't use our balcony to sit outside due to a palm tree over hanging the balcony on the fourth floor next to our balcony, because there were some white blossoms on the palm branches that the bees were harvesting nectar from I guess. The bees were way too numerous to sit outside on our balcony.

Retirement Travel

Didn’t realize this was a “points” vacation property. Some points owners didn’t appreciate us being there. However the property was great and we met some very nice people. Also you don’t necessarily get the room you see on line. Beautiful grounds. Our unit was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. Knowing all that now, we will still go back.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

Really enjoyed being at the resort. The grounds and pools are very nice. Scenic area with walking paths. The unit was very nice, clean and spacious. Will book there again.

Lovely, large unit. Have stayed at Cibola in 2 other units, and this is by far, our favorite.

Large, luxurious unit. We appreciated proximity to Lagoon pool. Clean, spacious! Comfortable bed. I would suggest a longer faucet on the bathtub, as water tends to spill out on the floor. Overall excellent stay. Will definitely rent here again!

Perfect getaway

Cibola Vista was perfect for our family. Clean, friendly, awesome pool and close to the things we wanted to do but still remote enough that we felt unconstrained. Great hiking nearby and really nice accommodations.
