The house was a nice size it just needs a good upgrade and a good deep cleaning Sofa needs to be replace old washer and dryer That takes forever to finish your clothes would not rent under this management ever again Carpet was dirty disgrace

Great House Poor Management

I don't want to take away from the property because it is a great property and if you need a nice place to sleep and spend your days at the parks is great! That was not us, we rented a big house so we could spend a long weekend with friends away from everything, the idea was to stay in the house and enjoy the company and what the place has to offer. The goods: Huge house, 8 well-appointed bedrooms with a beautiful dining room and 2 nice living areas, good (not great) outdoor area with a pool. The bad: Kitchen is beautiful but everything in it is low quality, from the cabinets to the appliances, half the outlets don’t work and if you are ever going to bake anything expect triple the time to get anything ready. Make sure you bring a couple of pots and pans, cutting board and at least a good knife. Furniture is really a problem, couch has coils pocking out in almost every seat, some dining room chairs are broken, and some are missing, beautiful but broken loungers outside, beautiful but also broken/flimsy bunkbed. Electronics are everywhere but most do not work, usually because you can’t turn it on with a remote, either the remote is missing or it does not work (imagine having 6 kids watching TV with no sound), they even have an XBox just for show because the remotes are not working. We requested the 4 burner Grill and were glad to pay the 95 dollars fee for it, we did get a 4-burner grill but, for 95 dollars I was not expecting a cheap $199 grill, also make sure you bring something to wipe the grates as nothing was provided. Some bed linen was missing from the beds. There was at least 6 used band-aids inside the pool and some on the outside as well Cleaning, in general, was lacking and overall regular maintenance of the place was mediocre. We were told we could have only 3 vehicles and EVERY house around us had like 8 or more cars in every driveway. We contacted then through email and phone, the only answer we ever got was from VRBO so no answer for any of our requests yet. I believe the experience would be 10x better if the management running the rentals cared for the place a little better. With all that said the house is still great and a good option especially if you are looking for a comfortable place to crash after a day at the parks.

Disney Stay

Overall we were very happy with our stay at this home. It was very comfortable for our group of 12, it looked like it looked in the pictures. The pool needed to be shocked (which was quickly managed), the oven temp needs to be calibrated (tried to bake some things that took forever), and some common items were missing such as dish/dishwasher soap. Small details that did not greatly impact our stay. It was nice to come back to a home after a long day visiting parks.

Very unhappy

I arrived at the home on July 1, 2021, I was very disappointed to see the house was not clean and we did not have power in all of the rooms. There are broken blinds in the living also we had broken dinning room chairs and stools and broken toilet paper holders in the bathroom.We were not able to use the pool or hot tub until our third day here because there was too much chlorine inside. The pool furniture were broken so we were not able to use them. The coffee pot and ice maker had mold inside of them. On Sunday, the dryer stopped working. The remote to the TV'S did not work or have battery's in them. This is not what I paid for or thought I would have received by the pics. I have reached out by phone multiple times and was told someone would be giving me a call that day and I still have not received a call back from anyone.

Great multi-family vacation home!

We loved staying at this home for our large family vacation! The layout was perfect and the pool and hot tub were ideal for guests of all age ranges. The home was clean upon our arrival and the managers were quick in response to questions and concerns as well as helping address any house/neighborhood issues that arose. The location of the home was great for accessing both Sea World and Disney in a timely manner. The open kitchen and large seating area was also wonderful for serving our crew of 19 comfortably. Overall, we loved the home and would definitely stay again. 🙂

Amazing Family Time

This was our first family time away together since COVID-19 and we were not disappointed. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculate and it cared for all our needs. We are already planning another trip just to stay at the house again. Thank you… thank you… thank you!!!!!

Great Family Home

We had a great time in your home! Your home is beautiful and very comfortable. We all slept great, the beds were very comfortable. The Theme Parks are all easy to get to from this home and so is the Orlando airport. We enjoyed the pool and jaqucci every day!
