Two Mermaids is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art; funky and fun!
Great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony; the perfect spot for reading and relaxing! These condos are within very close walking distance to the beach, the Tybee Pier, shops, and restaurants! Bring your fur babies as Two Mermaids is pet-friendly! (pet fee will apply.)
Features include upgraded finishes and appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances.
Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
Electric grill. Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub and separate shower in the Master bath. Amenities include two private pools, outdoor sauna, elevators, and community picnic area. The community pool hours are 10am – 10pm and the pool is open all year round.
NOTE: POOLS ARE NOT HEATED. ONLY THE HOT TUB IS HEATED.
Garage parking for two vehicles!

ALSO NOTE: THE PARKING GARAGE HAS A 7 FOOT CLEARANCE. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MAY NOT FIT. NO ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location inTybee

Perfect location overlooking town, with beach access at the ideal point close to the pier, with a great pool to enjoy for the kids after a day at the beach; what more could you want? The outdoor shower was very much appreciated, as was the private elevator access and ample parking. Also appreciated was the open concept; the kitchen/dining/living space is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great restaurants within 1 block (highly recommend Raw Ingredients). Looking forward to another trip to Tybee!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.
