Beautiful 6 bedroom Home -5 star resort, less than 2.5 MILES to DISNEY, Heated Pool/Spa, Game room, Extended Deck, Premium Lot, Pool facing southwest with plenty of sunshine all day with relaxing views of beautiful & private green area. BBQ grill
Baby equipped, 2 full size Cribs, pack-n-play, high chair, safety gate, fenced pool area, toys, strollers and so much more.
During your stay, guests may enjoy all Resort amenities. Our Villa is located 800 meters from the Clubhouse. Amenities include Lagoon-style Zero entry pool with heated Spa and Brand New Water Park with Dueling Slides, Splash zones, and plenty of fun water play activities for all ages to enjoy! 40-seat Cinema, Convenience Store/Grille, state of the art fitness center, game room with billiards, arcade games, table tennis and more. Several children's playground areas located throughout the resort, tennis courts, sand volleyball and basketball courts, picnic areas with communal barbecue grills. Sporting equipment may be borrowed from the welcome center with ID and a small deposit.
Villa has been tastefully decorated with High quality imported furniture from England. Great for families with children! 2 King bedroom en-suites, each with private Bathroom; 2 Disney themed bedrooms each with 2 Twin size beds, 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. Fully fitted granite kitchen with large fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kettle. Separate laundry room with washer / dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board/iron and hair dryer. Cable TV with standard Spectrum package, DVD. Large screen LCD TV in family room with extensive cable package, playstation in Twin bedroom. Private South / Southwest facing heated pool and spa (heating available at additional charges of $25 per day).
The entire pool and pool deck area receive sunshine from approximately 10 am until sunset. Villa backs onto a large green providing privacy to the pool / patio area. Please note that our pool deck area does not back directly onto other properties like most of the other properties. This will provide you with privacy to the pool deck area as well as the bedrooms on the back of the villa. Safety fence across pool.
Game room with slate pool table, foosball table, six tennis rackets & two sets of golf clubs.
Desk work station, wireless internet if you want to use your laptop. Various board games, play kitchen with accessories, books, playing cards provided for your use. DVD collection
Barbecue Grill on premise is available to all guests, Guest must fill propane tank at BLUE RHINO to use for approximately $20 (Owner will provide details if interested)

We have been visiting Disney and reserving this Villa and others at Windsor Hills for the past 13 years. We fell in love with Disney and Windsor Hills so we finally bought our very own Villa. Comfort and cleanliness is our top priority and we look forward to having you as our guests! We are hands on and will be your primary contact throughout your stay should you have any questions or need any assistance. We also have a local property manager that is readily available to assist.
Why they chose this property
This property has the perfect location. Less than 3 Miles form the Main Arch entrance of Walt Disney World! Plenty of nearby restaurant choices and shopping just minutes away. Our Villa is conveniently located just a few steps away from 2 playgrounds, 1/2 a mile drive or a 10 minute walk to the clubhouse with a third playground at the midpoint, beautiful park like property without many rear neighbors close by.. Private and quiet location to relax and enjoy the views.

Great for families, Baby equipped with full-size crib, pack and play, highchair, strollers and fenced in pool area, 2 Disney themed bedrooms, and plenty of toys, games and DVD collection of movies for everyone to enjoy.
