Our stay was a full month — loved the space and the neighborhood. WiFi was good for remote working. The backyard space was wonderful. Also made use of the house bikes.
Everything was lovely, from the elegant choices inside to the charming (& leafy) little backyard. We loved being car-free — the place comes with a great wagon for carting groceries from the Fausto’s three block away, and we biked and walked everywhere. Just great — a perfect retreat for two…
We were lucky to stay for 3 months in this lovely house. The owner was very quick and responsive to our questions. The house was perfect. The kitchen was amazing with a huge window as well as french doors out to the backyard. The backyard was lovely with comfortable seating and plenty of shade. We enjoyed people watching from the front porch in the evening while drinking our coffee. Had this house been available for 4 months next year we would have definitely taken it.
Host was super. Spot was comfy, cozy, and quiet for a corner location. Would definitely stay again. Had everything we needed, including 2 bikes for use.
Over the course of many rentals/short and long term b and b stays, I have never encountered another owner entering the premises completely unannounced. When confronted, he made the excuse of only having the business contact and not my direct phone number. He never once reached out to any of the contacts on file (he had multiple numbers and the company info). He entered the property multiple times, after our term of rental started. I suspect he was watching on the doorbell camera for me to leave and then entering. At one point, he came in and removed a box from inside. He also arrived unannounced, while I was there in my pajamas to search through some drawers.
Poor communication overall. No information was provided on how to lock the digital door pad or operate the TV.
The home was nice and clean. Very limited cleaning supplies for a 3 week rental, only 1 extra trash bag. The location is great.
Family stayed at this lovely place this spring. The contact with host was easy and so responsive to any of our questions/needs. The house is so clean, well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and well organized. We loved the outdoor seating area and especially the outdoor shower. The house location is superb and as advertised-so close to the beach! The bikes added greatly to our enjoyment in getting around to nearby restaurants and three minutes to bike for groceries. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and look so forward to returning...it couldn't be soon enough!!! Loved it!
