❤️ Bring the family together: Ideal layout, close to trails, big yard
Spacious, 1-story mountain cabin with comfortable layout. Two bedrooms at each end of the home with a bathroom in each hallway. The living room, dining room and kitchen are in the middle of the home. This set up works well for two families with children. The living room has a big rock fireplace. From the dining room you can access the large, fully fenced yard. There's a nice propane BBQ and a set of patio furniture with seating for 6.
The pool table room is off the bunk bedroom. We enjoy playing darts here. The pool table can be turned into a ping pong table. The garage will hold one car, plus one more in the driveway. Feel free to contact us for more details or any questions you have.

We loved the house! Great neighborhood, house completely very clean, the game room is a plus. Very comfy and well equipped. We had an amazing time. Just need to fix the heaters, because only warm one side the house. Anyways we really like and definitely we will be back there in the Summer time now.
Nice residential location short distance from skiing and tourist sites. Great family fun with dart board and pool table. Secure fenced in yard in both front and back for our dog to enjoy. Really enjoyed the stay.
We enjoyed the stay, there were a few needed items missing like mixing bowls, the Coffee Maker did not work properly. Small things other than that it was very Accommodating! I Loved the Hospitality of the free essentials provided in case we forgot a tooth Brush, Q tips, mouthwash…. It was very thoughtful and Convenient!
Thank you
It had everything we needed to have fun as a family without having to Spend… the only thing we had trouble with was having to find 24 hour parking for a 3rd car other then that it was great.
My family had a great time staying here over the 2022 Presidents' Day Weekend. The house has a really nice long layout with four charming bedrooms, including a large room with 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) that is perfect for children or young adults. We especially enjoyed the convertible ping pong table / pool table - my 84-year-old mom and 88-year-old dad even played pool together for the first time in the 60 years of marriage. The kitchen/dining area is just fine - the appliances (especially the microwave) are on the older side, but we were able to cook everything that we wanted without any problems. Overall a great place to stay in Big Bear, and we hope to come back!
House was clean, kitchen fully stocked of utensils & appliances, spacious rooms & the place smelled fresh. Nice quiet neighborhood. Driveway had enough space for 12 passenger van.
The property rental people were very nice and responded quickly to an issue we had with some rude/aggressive neighbors. The house over all was cute and exactly like the pictures. The chimney worked well and the mattresses on the beds were comfortable. Everything was easy to find and our family had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to stay.
Property was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. House was not too far from the local grocery stores and Village. Backyard is big and the boys had enough snow to build a snowman. Pool and Ping Pong table are indoors so entertainment is built in for the kids and adults. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. House is a bit dated but we didn’t mind that because it was immaculate. We would stay here again.
Such an easy process to check in out. The place is super cozy and roomy for 8 adults. The backyard with the hammocks made the afternoons very peaceful.
Would stay here again.
This was a nice house in a older residential neighborhood. Great supply of cookware! Everyone enjoyed the pool table, darts, and ping pong table. It was a very clean little house, just some of the mini blinds could have been dusted a little better and the front yard had patio furniture that should of been cleaned or dusted off but other than that it was a GREAT house! Close to all amenities which was really nice. Rented a PONTOON boat at Pine-Knot which was sooo much fun & pretty close to the house. Trails. shops were also very close. HAD A GREAT TIME HERE!
Overall the place was great. Access was easy. The house was spacious and we loved that the house was away from the Lake with easy access to both the north and the south side. The only thing that bummed us out was that was had to find the hammocks and couldn't find the accessories to the pink pong table. Otherwise it was the perfect place for our stay! Thanks Grizzly Rentals!
We all enjoyed the property , very, very clean, very well stocked.. we had 3 families with 2 children under 5....draw back... beds were very hard... but can’t please everyone. And the additional cost to rent a house/cabin is over the top!! .. dog friendly, fenced back and front yard...loved the place ..
Clean, homey, well-furnished. My family and I stayed there over Easter weekend. We loved the place and felt so comfortable there from the moment we got in on Good Friday afternoon that our plans to go back into town for dinner that night went out the window and we just ended up staying in. (We got groceries at the local Stater Bros. on the way in.) We really felt at home there. The kitchen is well furnished, and we plan to bring espresso beans for the espresso maker if we go back again. We also loved the hiking trails nearby, and I was amused that my daughter enjoyed our stay there so much that she actually said our little holiday there beat our European vacation last summer.
