This Home is the Passport to a great Vacation. The contemporary home with an organic flowing floorplan was built in 2015. Important to know – there are two 65” Flatscreen Smart 4K Ultra HD TV’s for you to enjoy. 2018 the owners added a show stopping pool area ready to wow each and every vacation guest. The extensive Paver coated Pool deck expects you with outdoor dining for 6 and a wonderful Lounge. The Pool itself is nothing short from SPECTACULAR with large swimming area, an extensive Sunshelf with a large Spa vis-à-vis, additional Water Spouts. There is an electric heater for cooler days as well. The backyard is peaceful and private.
There are elegant white sofas in the great room with coffee and side tables and a TV console with electric fireplace. The contemporary kitchen with Level 4 Granite offers dark cabinets and stainless steel appliances, a kitchen island with bar stools and a morning nook with awesome pool views just steps away. The master bedroom with King Bed, 2 Nightstands and Dresser is elegant and the ensuite bath is wide, with dual sinks, a large walk-in shower and walk in closet. Separate formal dining with glass doors make entertaining your friends easy. There are two generously sized guest rooms, one with a King Bed and the other one has a Queen Bed and both have a closet storage. They share a guest bath in the middle of both rooms. Whole House is decorated in lovely tropical style. There are luxury white continental shutters thru out the house.
