Harwich - Sleeps 6. This Cape Cod Ranch Style Vacation Rental home offers the convenience of being close to Harwich Center while tucked away on a quiet dead end road. Fully equipped kitchen, open dining area, living room, flat screen TVs, cable, DVD, WiFi Internet access and laundry. Cooled by ceiling fans in every bedrooms and standing fans throughout, as well as a portable 10,000 BTU unit in the living room. Breezy enclosed sunroom, outside shower, patio with gas grill. Only a couple minute drive to beaches and Harwichport Center. One dog with owners permission before reservation is made. Additional fees may apply. Linens not provided -but can be rented. Just ask!
PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Great dog-friendly vacation spot!

It was the first time I had brought my dog on vacation in 5 years and this place made it possible for me to enjoy the whole week! It is an adorable, well-maintained ranch that is situated in a quiet neighborhood, but close to Brooks Park and Harwich Center. We loved the sun porch and nicely wooded back yard. I felt at ease leaving my dog there while we biked on the path and went to Red River and Harwichport beaches. Thank you for a relaxing week!

Great Management Company Ok House

First I cannot say enough about Foran Realty and how they stepped up with the management of this property. When we arrived we found that the house only had AC in the main room and we contacted the Agent. They stepped up and resolved the issue as best as they could. The house location was great. The house is well loved and could use some updates. The location was perfect for us as well as the neighborhood. The week however on the cape and Foran Realty made up for some of the houses's short comings.

Quiet spot with all you need for a great beach getaway

Great little house on quiet street in very convenient location. Clean and had all you needed. Only issue was that key pick up and drop off were about 20 minutes from rental.
