West Dennis - Sleeps 8-10. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths. Eat-in-kitchen, all appliances, first floor laundry, cable TV, WiFi Internet Access, large outside deck, outside shower, gas grill and only very short walk to private ocean beach on the warm waters of Nantucket Sound. House is immaculate, clean and well equipped. A real fun house with ice cream colored bedrooms. Family, friends and guests will love the home and closeness to the ocean. Square footage = 1584

This rental is Saturday to Saturday

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected.
