All public beach accesses are open, there are over 40 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is fully open with some traffic delays coming on/off the island. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.**The community pool is open. The deeded beach access sustained damage from Ian, it is currently accessible but not maintained. Tarpon Beach Public Beach access is just 1 block from the home. You may walk or bike to this location. There is also parking for $5/hr. **

This Mid-Island home is conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Sanibel’s shell strewn beaches. The deeded beach access is located 0.4 miles from your front door and beach equipment is provided for your use.
The home has a washer, dryer, elevator, Wi-Fi, a community heated pool and tennis & pickleball courts. This is a dog friendly home with a non-refundable fee and certain restrictions.
