Cummaquid - Amazing location - Enjoy gorgeous views across Barnstable Harbor of Sandy Neck from the deck of this free standing condo cottage tucked down a private road. This cozy 2 bedrooms and 1 bath cottage with one of the bedrooms having a queen bed and the second 2 twins is the perfect place to sip your coffee on the deck watching the boats come and go. A stone's throw to the association beach and rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach! The ideal place to make your cape cod memories. Living space approximately square footage is 580
PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt.
