About this property

Fully renovated 3 bedroom/2 Bath home (approx 1200 sq. ft.) in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood (NO Loud Parties or Events PLEASE!), within walking distance of downtown SLO (about 20 min). Queen beds in all bedrooms. Across the cul-de-sac street from open space with a disc golf course and a short 5 minute walk to a large, brand new, kids playground. Tennis courts are even closer! Our home has comfortable sitting areas in both the front and back yards. Laundry facilities are located inside the garage. Our home is located within the perfect central coast micro climate area, not too hot, not to cold. Wineries and wine tasting are located throughout the entire coastal area, to the north and south. The downtown life in San Luis Obispo is absolutely fantastic with numerous quality restaurants and nightlife options for any taste. The beach towns, Avila being our favorite, are about a 15 minute drive away. If you are looking for a home for LOUD music and PARTYING, this is definitely NOT the home for you. Our neighbors go to bed early and we have a strict 9pm quiet time in force. The home also has noise monitors in place (decibel level only) for ensuring compliance. Like a stay at good friends' place

We had a delightful four day stay in this well-appointed, clean and homey place! Paul and Diana went out of their way to welcome us, including leaving detailed welcome information and treats. Our older parents were with us and had no problems getting around despite their mobility challenges. Super convenient to downtown SLO and also close to Greengate Ranch where we had wedding events to attend. Would stay again without reservation! Thank you!

Nice family home

Terrific Inside and Out!

We had such a pleasant, relaxing stay! This property is well-appointed and well-maintained, and all the spaces inside and out are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Kitchen and baths have very nice finishes. There were plenty of fluffy white towels and beach towels. The hot tub was fantastic! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park across the street so it feels private even though there are next-door neighbors. Good host communication. I would stay here again!

Quiet Relaxation

Wonderful stay

Great property in a wonderful location! We stayed here to help our son move to SLO to attend Cal Poly in September. The house is well appointed, has a lovely yard (both front & back), and was super clean. Communication with Paul and Diana was seamless. Even though we didn’t take advantage of it, we like the 12pm check out time that is later than most properties. We will definitely stay in this lovely home again in the future.

Ideal home & location

This was my 1st time venturing out since the pandemic started. I met my niece and her 6-year-old son in this great SLO home. There is a fantastic park nearby (disc golf, tennis & playground) plus a wonderful backyard that included lizards. What 6 year old boy doesn't like looking for lizards? There was also a nice hot tub, barbecue and table for eating outside. The home was clean & inviting. We had a great time at this ideal location/home.

Perfect Stay

We stayed for the month of March. Our daughter finished at CalPoly in March and wanted to get her back for her final month. The house was great the the location was perfect for us. Paul and Diana were the perfect hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay.

Great house and location

Clean and beautiful house located across the street from a park in a quiet neighborhood. Was perfect for our family. Home Away From Home

This was perfect for our family's stay in SLO for our son's wedding. Rather than staying in an impersonal hotel room, we felt we were staying in a friend's home....a home that has been lovingly cared for. A huge bonus for us was the park across the street with abundant walking trails, plus the tranquil nature of the park and neighborhood. Without hesitation....yes, we would opt to stay here again!
