Good Vacation

Overall the stay was great. The location and access to the beach was great. For the most part the place was clean. There was some dirty dishes left under the bed from the guests before us. The water pressure in the showers was not the best. It accommodated our family of 9 and served the purpose for our stay in Orange Beach. Beautiful beach!

Overall property was clean. The condo needs some maintenance attention. Pictures had holes in them. Some door frames were separated at the wall. Balcony chairs could be more comfortable.

Good place, but unannounced interruptions

The pictures make the living room/kitchen area bigger than it is. They replaced the filters and the washer and dryer on separate days, without notice. It happens but it was frustrating as we had people napping from being in the heat and got startled.

Family vacation

Overall it was nice and very quiet, we would give one suggestion to have some upgrades to the patio furniture as we love sitting out on balcony and enjoying the early morning and late evening beach life!

I would not stay there again. Only two of the four elevators worked for the first 3 days.

The unit was dirty. Mold on ceiling in living room and master bedroom. The cabinets have never been wiped out. The silverware was dirty and the drawer it was in was dirty. Huge disappointment compared to the pictures. The only positive was the view. I did not contact the property manager because I could not get logged in on the ipad the first few days. I decided to contact them when I got back home.

Spring Break Mini Vacay

LOVED this Condo! We loved it being a corner condo with an extended balcony and multiple views! It's very nice, spacious, and had everything that we needed during our stay. Great facility with numerous amenities for our family (indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, fitness room, racquetball room, outdoor swimming pools, basketball court, and volleyball). Great location on the beach with chairs/umbrella available to rent, bathrooms located right by the entrance to the beach, and numerous restaurants with easy delivery available (highly recommend Doc's Seafood). We're already missing it and planning our next stay! 😁 Our only complaint is that they fix/update a few things: the broken lamp (obviously glued back together) in the foyer, new remotes for tvs with backs that are not broken, new padding covers for dining room chairs and barstools, and fix broken armrest on dining room table chair.

Great property

The unit is just as described. We did not have mold issues or a dirty unit as noted in some of the other reviews. The view is spectacular, although a new building is being constructed that will block some the view to the east. The beds were comfortable and we all enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the memories!

Disappointed

The condo was dirty and we had to clean everything before we used it. There were all kinds of maintenance issues like tubs not working and mold in rooms hair dryers didn't work furniture was broken or falling apart.. It was a horrible experience. Definitely will not be using VRBO again.

Nice View

View was nice. Walking to the beach could be a challenge since the unit it located far from elevators. The property did offer shopping carts that helped Clean beds. Everything else was kind of dirty. The carpet in the bedrooms are stained and dirty. My closet smelled like someone urinated in it. Damage to walls, one of the doors for laundry was off and just laid against the wall and several kitchen accessories dirty. Dried egg on one of the spatulas. Could be a nice place with some TLC. In the Dinning area looked like the light fixture could fall at any minute. Water pressure was good and at least beds were clean.

Do NOT book this condo!!

This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach area. We knew the moment we arrived our booking was terrible… all the carpet in the bedrooms was DISGUSTING and stained up. The balcony door was broke and just laying there, one couch was broke in the middle, the other had a torn cushion. Both bathrooms were filthy one had mold on the ceiling and one had mold on the shower curtain. One room had a big hole in the closet with wires exposed, there was broken light fixtures in the hall and the ceiling fan was broken in the living room. DIRTY dishes put away in the cabinets. The washer and dryer looked like they’re from the 80S. We contacted the front desk and they said they were not responsible for the things in the unit.. so, I contacted VRBO whom we booked thru. And I have to say those ladies are EXCELLENT! They were quick to call me back they did send maintenance but the only thing they did was remove the broken door.. VRBO did offer to move my family however we would’ve had to move again later in the week because everything was so booked up! We ended up just staying… but I hated every minutes in that condo and was embarrassed for my family to have to stay there. I did however take plenty of pictures… I wish I would’ve read the reviews before booking.. but even they don’t do justice to the disappointment! Hope this helps someone else!!

Me and seven other friends stayed in this condo for a concert, and it was perfect! Great location, beautiful view, and plenty of space for 8 adults. We only stayed for one night, but this is defiantly somewhere I would stay again!

Master Bathroom

The drain in the master bath and also the sink were clogged. It caused a slippery film to stay in the tub. The master sink drain was also clogged. There was dirt, dust and mold around the trim in the master bathroom.
