Beautiful location with balcony overlooking the harbour

The location of the property is excellent for ferry transfers to Circular Quay, great restaurants two minutes walk, the beach and more. Older property with a few tired furnishings, but lovely balcony, and recently refurbished bathroom and main bedroom.

Holiday

Location of property was excellent but property was not prepared on arrival with cleaners still working , the new shower installation was not finished and we spent the first 4 days without a proper shower screen plumber had to finish the shower when we were there,carpets were a little tatty and worn and the apartment was not very clean , kitchen doors were very old and one was hanging loose , dust and dirt under and behind the fridge and under the armchair in lounge, patio doors were very old and sound insulation from the road was non existent, , one of the rugs had brown stains on it , barbecue was not clean , if the description of the property had been accurate I would not have booked it. This property requires some serious upgrades to justify the rental price
