Cozy and comfortable in serene setting Summit Comfort is our home when in Mammoth; we made sure our place is inviting & family friendly. During your stay you will enjoy a fully remodeled interior with carefully selected furnishings, close proximity to the golf course, Valentines preserve, and town bike loop. Summer fun is at your fingertips with numerous lakes, fishing and hiking trails close by. Restaurants and shopping are a short 5 min drive Our place is ideal for couples or families Welcome.

Upgraded 400 Mbps WiFi supports remote working and multiple streaming devises; Smart TVs, Legos, puzzles and games are there for entertainment for all age groups. Fully Equipped Kitchen with complimentary start up kit and spice rack make your stay easier. Our place sleeps 5 with a EU King in the bedroom.

The location is peaceful, quiet & family friendly, located at Eagle Lodge, chair 15, across the from Sierra Golf Course, Town Loop, close to Valentine’s Preserve and Lake Basin.

OUR PLACE IS PERFECT FOR:
* Couples (one or two)
* Families with children (no more than 3 children)
* 4 adults (extra fee for 5+ adults. 5+ adults will feel cramped; when reserving for 5+ keep in mind we only have 1 bathroom).

TECHNOLOGY:
* FAST WiFi allows for remote work; streaming, downloads and uploads on multiple devises at the same time.
*Smart TV which connects to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, perfect for watching your favorite shows after a long outdoor adventure day.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS ARE:
* Eastern King size bed in the bedroom (medium to firm mattress)
* Two bunk beds in main living area with privacy curtains
* Pull out queen sofa bed in the living room

KITCHEN:
* We are equipped to support in home meal preparation.
* Kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and spices to get you through your meals.
* Dishwasher is there to help clean up.
* Basic start up kit with sponge, roll of paper towels, couple dish towels and dishwasher detergent is supplied

BATHROOM:
* Fully remodeled bathroom with step in tiled shower with sliding door.
*Basic start up kit with tissue box, toilet paper, travel sized hand soap, shampoo, conditioner amd body wash is supplied.

LAUNDRY:
* Common laundry facility on the same floor and around the corner from the unit,front load washer and dryer. ($3 to wash and $1.50 to dry) paid via app.

PARKING:
* The condo comes with 1 designated, underground parking space, so no looking for parking or shoveling snow in the winter. Parking is 21 feet long with 8 foot hight garage entrance clearance
* 2nd guest parking available on first come first served basis (inquire in advance about the details).

AMENITIES:
* Pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ, and sauna are steps away from the condo. Gym is at the main building. New sports court with basketball hoop, Pickleball and tennis court coming by mid July 2024. ( all are subject to local ordinance, seasonal closures and HOA rules).

Other things to note:
* Keyless entry - Self check in / check out means you can arrive as late as you want and no keys to worry about.
* All towels and bed sheets are provided by and cleaned by professional linen service.
* Gear area accommodates skis, snowboards, boots, backpacks, fishing poles.
* Lots of hanging hooks through out

LOCATION:
Summit Comfort is located at the base of Eagle Lodge chair 15th, at the brinks of Valentines Preserve, on Bike Loop path and across the street from Sierra Star Golf Course. Location is quiet and relaxing. Vons is about a mile away and The Village is 1.5 miles away.
