HI there! We're Craig and Kristine Sapp! Our large family is all about love, laughter and fun! We have always been close and purchasing a vacation home that we can share between the kids, cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents is a perfect gift to ourselves and families. We try to visit Central Florida often but when we can't make it down, we would love to provide an amazing home away from home to you and your friends and family! We've traveled for years using VRBO, we know what it's like to stay in amazing vacation rentals and so-so vacation rentals. We're taking every step possible to make this the best out there, one that you'll return to year after year. We've owned a property management company for 20+ years, we truly know the meaning of hospitality and will provide you with the best we can!
Why they chose this property
It took two years of planning and searching from the panhandle to the keys to find the perfect home away from home for us! Luckily we landed in Kissimmee, minutes to the most family oriented vacation spots in the world, theme parks, beaches and more! Being a "vacationer" on VRBO for many years, we knew exactly what we wanted and needed in a resort community: Great staff, great grounds, great amenities, great location, a tiki bar :)... Right on time, the perfect home on Madiera Beach Blvd, in the perfect location, steps from the clubhouse and perfect view, was found!
What makes this property unique
The moment we found the home we knew it was meant to be. It has everything you can think of: The beautiful views of the lake and clubhouse, the private pool and hot tub - the fountains :), the awesome location being second to the clubhouse, the popular tiki bar for food and beverages, concierge, all the activities. The space is great, perfect for a large family or two! 4 bedrooms, a "ranch" plan with no stairs... it really is everything we've ever wanted! So while we'll enjoy it as much as we can, please enjoy it as much as you can!
