Unit 1113 is located on the eleventh floor of Tower I. Beautifully remodeled and spacious two-bedroom two bath unit with an open kitchen, large flat screen TVs, and dining area that seats six. Free WIFI and Internet service is provided. Unit 1113 has an open balcony with great views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience. Unit 1113 has a king bed in the master bedroom and two queen size beds in the guest bedroom. No sleeper sofa. The master bath has a walk-in shower with a full tub in the guest bathroom.

Enjoy your early morning coffee or late-night dinner on the balcony and you might be able to see a couple of dolphins swimming by. **Weekly Rentals Only** **No Monthly Rentals**

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Great views and very clean

The property is under renovation so the aesthetics are not great but the unit itself was complete and awesome. Has everything you need, kitchen is wonderful, big bedrooms. The beach setup was easy and the views from the room are great. Close to everything as far as restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again.

Great place and loved the included beach service!

We had a great stay! Loved having the beach service included, tons of appliances for kitchen use. The only disappointment was we packed knowing we could wash clothes and unfortunately it didn’t work when we went to use it. The management company was very quick to get an electrician out and figure the issue out, it just unfortunately needs replaced. So it left us unable to wash anything. We made do though! I would also like to note that many other places we’ve stayed give you like 1 trash bag and 1 pod for the dishwasher. We always bring extras but were grateful for the extras provided to allow us time to get settled! We left a bucket and some sand toys in the guest room closet for the next family visiting along with the boogie board that was in there.

Not their Fault!

Reviewer Comments: Shoreline Towers was undergoing a renovation while we were there. We were supposed to have the use of our balcony with a beautiful view, but it was sealed off when we arrived and 6 weeks later, it was still sealed off. We would check with the office on a weekly basis and they told us they were as frustrated as we were, but the contractor doing the renovation would not sign off on it. Very frustrated with the entire process.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one elevator was functional in tower one the entire 2 weeks & it broke down one day. Water was turned off one day for 3 hours with no notification. When I spoke to the front office they said the owners were sent an e-mail notification. Parking was a problem the entire stay with contractor's taking up the spaces. Construction noise began at 8am & ended at 6-6:30. We would have certainly made other arrangements if we had been told about the extent of renovations still in progress. This was the 7th time we have stayed at Shoreline but likely our last.

We had a peculiar situation where another guy cancelled on us and we needed a place ASAP. These guys went ABOVE and beyond and put our worries at ease!!!I’m 48. I’ve been traveling and renting condos since I was a little girl, with my parents. So let me tell you the things that make a difference. 1. Comfy beds-and these are amazing!! I didn’t even think about this until I turned 40 ha. 2. Comfy couch for lounging at night (trust me you’re gonna want some down time and comfy/functional wins every time in my book) These are awesome! 3. Tile floors to easily sweep/vacuum up sand 4. Perfect Views and most importantly the best chairs-high chairs-to see over the railing, and regular ones. 5. Right by the elevator, it’s not loud and super convenient. 6. Right by the trash chute. 7. Automatic ice maker!!!! 8. Binoculars included!!9. Games in the room10. Huge TV (I’m not much of a TV watcher but if you are-this thing is massive!)11. Great bathrooms and water pressure!12. Well stocked kitchen with Keurig, French Press, and old school drip. 13. Extra blankets (comes in handy when you’re chilling from sunburn)14. Probably most importantly it’s SUPER CLEAN!!! 15. Free Wifi!16. Large area around the pool. 17. Location central to everything. Seriously they have put a lot of care end attention to detail here! I would never give five stars if it wasn’t earned, and if I could give more I would!!!

The main reason I picked this place was the balcony that I found out two days before coming would be closed. I called on every email update that I received on the construction and was told that the place I got would be done. Two nights before coming I seen a guys review from a week prior stating it was closed. Called the next morning and yes was told it would be closed and told them I had been calling and was told it would be done and Sharon disputed that (like I was lying). I thought I would go higher up and spoke to a Rob and told him about Sharon's customer service was poor and just to be let down again I never received a follow up call from him either. It was mine and my husband's 25th wedding anniversary so I just let it go but while our stay there it was NOT acceptable for construction guys to just show up on the balcony to work- yes I woke up one morning to find 3 guys ON the balcony doing work and that happen 4 days while we were there. That was NOT cool to me at all especially walking around in my condo in hardly nothing - no heads up either, no call or anything telling us guys would be working on the balcony! Very disappointed in that and the communication from management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great! Everything we could possibly need was provided to us. I loved the fact that we had an umbrella and two chairs waiting for us every morning. Since we had 4 people we did pay for an extra umbrella two of the days, which was a great option. The best thing about the condo was the view. You can literally see the ocean from almost ever room. You can even see the ocean from the door before you walk in. The owners of this condo were very upfront and honest about everything. I would recommend all of my friends stay in this condo if they ever vacation in Destin. I will definitely stay there again.
