The modernly designed 3-bedroom Design Villa is located in the area of Agioi Apostoloi, only 550 meters away from the lovely sandy beach of Chrissi Akti, 3 km west of Chania. The property offers magnificent sea views, modern design and a very nice, sea view roof garden.
The Design Villa is a fully equipped vacation home, suitable for family and friends getaways, reunions, and weddings. The 4-level Design Villa features wall to wall windows with sea views, along with spacious indoor and outdoor lounge areas.
The main entrance is on the upper floor, which consists of a very spacious open plan area with two living room corners, a fireplace, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all the electrical appliances and a wc. A dishwasher, an electric oven, a boiler and a microwave can be found.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, every bedroom with a double bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. A fully equipped bathroom with hydro massage shower column is located on the same floor. All bedrooms have TV and air conditioning.
An exclusive and magical sea view roof garden, furnished with sun beds, a hammock, sofas, a BBQ and a dining area is offered for all guests. Towels and bed linen are featured in this self-catering accommodation. The Design Villa also features an indoor elevator.
