Fantastic thatched roof house m. Outdoor whirlpool, utilities included

"Straw hat". Spend the most beautiful time of the year in our new dream holiday house 'straw hat'. We have furnished our beautiful thatched roof house with great attention to detail.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Electricity, heating water, laundry package, use of outdoor whirlpool and bicycles are included.
Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer.
The deposit is € 150 and is payable in advance.
A pet can be booked for an additional charge. Please contact your agency to book additional pets.

7 people and 1 baby can be comfortably accommodated in the three bedrooms and a beautiful cot. Already in the morning you are expected by the sun in the bright, cozy living area with an adjacent terrace and large garden (plot approx. 800 sqm). On cooler days, you can end the evening after a wellness session in front of the crackling fireplace with a cup of tea. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine on the terrace with a game or barbecue.
The luxuriously equipped fitted kitchen makes cooking together a pleasure on vacation. The wellness bath with shower and sauna and another shower bath let the day begin relaxed. The highlight is our outdoor whirlpool with a view of backwater, which can be used all year round (water 36 degrees).


A bottle of wine is available as a welcome gift.

Two televisions, DVD and CD players, books, toys, high chairs, games, DVDs, CDs, area maps, electric grills, handcarts, beach chairs at the house and four bicycles are just a few amenities and are of course available to our guests free of charge. Another baby travel bed is available to our guests.

Es kam kein Aufenthalt zu stande, denn als Haustier gilt hier nur der Hund, was in der Objektbeschreibung nirgends steht. Nach Anzahlung und Anmeldung des Haustier wurde meine Katze verweigert.

Der Strohhut ist ein wunderbares Ferienhaus, mit überdurchschnittlicher Ausstattung, in dem wir nicht das Geringste vermisst haben. Alles lief reibungslos und wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt!

Ein wirklich schönes Haus

Das Haus Strohhut ist ein in jeder Hinsicht schönes Ferienhaus. Sehr gepflegter Zustand, alles da was man braucht, unverbauter Blick auf die Bucht von Zinnowitz und in einem schön angelegten Ferienhaus-Park gelegen. Aktuell wird dieser positive Eindruck jedoch durch eine direkt an das Grundstück angrenzende Baustelle getrübt, über die wir im Vorwege leider nicht informiert waren. Bei nur einer Woche Urlaub hätten wir uns sonst sicherlich für ein anderes Objekt entschieden, um nicht, wie leider geschehen, schon morgens Kreissägen-, Bohrer- und Hammergeräusche zu hören. Dementsprechend war unsere Laune etwas im Keller. Nach einigem E-Mail-Verkehr konnten wir uns mit dem Vermieter aber auf einen Nachlass einigen und haben das Beste aus der Situation gemacht, in dem Haus selbst haben wir uns in jedem Fall wohl gefühlt. Fazit: Sobald die Bauarbeiten abgeschlossen sind (oder für diejenigen, die eine Baustelle nicht stört) ist das Haus Strohhut definitiv eine Buchung wert.

Schön war es :-)

Nachdem wir bereits in der Vergangenheit in diesem Haus Urlaub machten , zog es uns nun wieder nach Zinnowitz. Das Haus ist sauber und verfügt über alles , was man so braucht. Einzig ein Schneidebrett haben wir vermisst. Sauna und Pool sind natürlich perfekt nach langen Spaziergängen. Die Organisation bei Ankunft und Abfahrt verläuft unkompliziert und auch sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank.

Familienfreundliche Unterkunft, sehr schön.

Super! Alles was man braucht. Whirlpool, Sauna, Kamin...Eine gut ausgestattete Küche und viel Platz. Für 6 Personen mwhr als ausreichend. Auch für Kinder ein schöne Unterkunft.

Sehr erholsame Tage

Sehr unkomplizierte Buchung. Immer nette Kontakte - sowohl seitens der Agentur wie auch vor Ort. Das Objekt ist wirklich klasse. Sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und wirklich stilvoll eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko für uns war, dass die Schlafräume nicht komplett abgedunkelt werden konnten. Dadurch hatten wir schon früh am Tag die Möglichkeit los zu legen. 😉 Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig am Ortsrand. Zu Fuß zum Hundestrand: 35 - 45 Minuten pro Richtung. Dennoch sehr gern wieder.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus gemacht. Highlight ist ganz klar der Whirlpool sowie der Ausblick aufs Achterwasser. Alles in Allem hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, allerdings würden wir als „Verbesserungsvorschlag“ Licht auf der Terrasse sowie ein paar Erneuerungen empfehlen (zB Fliegengitter). Das Haus ist geräumig und mit schönen Details eingerichtet.

Toller Kurzurlaub im Februar

Das Objekt liegt in einer Siedlung mit weitgehend gleichen Häusern. Die Ausstattung innen wie außen lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Kommunikation zur Übergabe und Abgabe war top. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder.
