To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short-term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

To reserve your week, we will need the following information in order to email you a short-term rental agreement:
* Name(s) you want on the rental agreement
* Home address
* Home & Cell phone #'s
* List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house

Our home is Smoke Free, and we don’t allow pets. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern home that's only a 2-block walk to the infamous OC Boardwalk or the quaint downtown neighborhood (either direction.... cars not needed for this location!). The unit is handicap friendly with no steps inside the unit...however, there are approximately 15 steps up the front porch or down to the garage from inside the house...We provide pillows and blankets only. Please remember to bring bath/beach towels and sheets.
