We loved staying here! Very clean and spacious. The condo had everything we needed and it is so nice that they provide you with beach chairs and boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again, perfect for families.

Beautiful Stay

We absolutely love this place. Very clean and accommodating. I brought my girlfriend to make her my fiancé and the rooftop deck during sunrise was the perfect place to propose. We can’t wait to come back!

Girls trip, we had an amazing time at the condo..perfect condition and perfect location to a lot of local attractions and restaurants..pool area and general maintenance was unbelievable..no loud crowds, nice family spot to enjoy time with friends/family

Very Nice Property

We are very familiar with Cocoa Beach and this property is in a nice location. The unit is nice and clean and property manager was easy to communicate with. The only thing I would improve would be the bed. The mattress and pillows are not very comfortable. But admittedly, this is an area I am pretty particular about. So if your not as fussy about the bed as I am, maybe you wouldn’t have the same opinion. :)) Overall the property is very nice.

Fantastic place to stay!!

The condo was very nice for our stay in Cocoa Beach. It was well stocked with the basic necessities for the bathroom and kitchen. The entire property was very clean. The property management was very easy to work with and very responsive. We extended our vacation by one day to try and catch a launch at KSC and they were able to accommodate our stay.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

This was our 3rd time booking with Stay in Cocoa Beach and once again they did not disappoint. The condo was very clean upon arrival. Location is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the pier. The pool was comfortably warm and everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. The beach is perfect and very well kept. Our family cannot wait to stay again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks at this unit. The ease of checking in was great. Visit NASA if you stay in Cocoa Beach, it’s very close to the condo. We were able to see 2 different launches too from the condo rooftop and the beach. We will definitely be back in the future.

The location is prime if you are looking to be near the beach. Literal steps away from the pier in Cocoa Beach. The property is well maintained and the host was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend for a family looking for a two bedroom property. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful experience here. The condo was as advertised, and very clean. The location was awesome - right on the beach and near the pier. Rooftop patio and heated pool were well used by us! Property management responded quickly to questions. Beds were a bit hard for our liking, but overall we had a great stay and would recommend this property!

I only have a few negatives but this stay still deserved a 5 star review. The only negatives I have is the couch and beds were uncomfortable but that was us, others may not feel the same, and did not ruin our vacation at all. Communication was quick and great, would stay again.

Perfect little getaway for us and our pup

We throughly enjoyed this place and it’s proximity to the beach. Lots of food within walking distance. Great place overall. I can say the beds are tough to get used to but we made the best of it - knowing this in advance, we brought some comfort items. If you’re flying in, I suggest buying a mattress topper and some nice pillows. We will be back! Thank you

Perfect All Around

Even with a few days of inclement weather, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and the unit itself was as described and super clean. The pool and shuffle board areas were meticulous and beach was amazing to have right outside the gate. The property team even hosted an Easter egg hunt for those staying with children. I would highly recommend.

The two bedroom two bath condo was truly remodeled very recently. Brand new appliances in the kitchen, wonderful showers and tub three TVs and someone help me learn how to find the channels. The elevators were fast quiet and high-quality. The grounds were well-maintained. The pool looked brand new. Great place on the beach and Near the pier. The property manager always answered the phone, gave prompt service and met my requests.

Great location, overall a nice stay

We really enjoyed our stay however we had Trouble sleeping. The rooms all had vertical blinds but no curtains so it was difficult to get the condo dark enough. Also the beds were very firm, which we prefer a bit softer. Lastly, the couch had nothing wrong with it but wasn't a great couch to lounge after a long beach day. Others may not have any issues with these items, but we're not ideal for us specifically. All in all though the condo was in great shape and well maintained and clean. The complex was also very well maintained and we would stay there again for sure!

Very clean and perfect location

Enjoyed our stay. Well stocked with all essentials. The beds were not comfortable but the linens were the perfect weight. All in all, a terrific stay surrounded by pleasant, friendly people!

Loved the place and location!

Perfect room for 2 adults and 3 teenagers, spotless and provided everything it promised. We were literally a hop, skip and jump from the beach which allowed the kids to head up to the room if they needed a break from the beach. Our favorite location other than the beach was our rooftop where we could sit and drink coffee and watch the waves, or relax with a drink in the evening. A few other perks of the location was being next to the pier and having surf and umbrella rental readily available on our side of the beach.

Reasonable place for the price

We were very pleased with many things, location to beach/pier, Publix, places to eat, shopping, but some of the things we didn’t enjoy were how loud the condo is as well as the proximity to the neighbors door, who were very loud. Blinds in the condo could also be changed…there are many missing and they don’t block out lights at night, nor provide much privacy. Other than that, it’s a great place for families with older kids, as long as the wifi can reach their room next time 😉👍

Great location. Everything is within walking distance. Loved that I could wash my clothes before going home. Loved that we could control the temperature of the condo. Good atmosphere for pets and family.
