WHAT I PROVIDE:
I provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge and hand soap. All linens are included and beds are made. Bath towels, hand towels & beach towels are also provided.

AREA INFORMATION:
I want my guest to enjoy their stay as much as possible so i've provided a guest book for recommendations to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, activities, beaches, nightlife, launch ramps, Havasu events and home information.

HOUSE RULES:

CHECKOUT: No late checkout($50 charge for every 30 mins after)

NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke/vape inside the home ($250 fine). You may smoke outdoors.

NO PARTIES: No parties or gatherings are permitted.

NO PETS: We love animals, however pets are currently not allowed on the property.

QUIET TIME: Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours: 10pm-7am.

8 GUEST MAX: 8 guest max at all times on the property. No unregistered guest.

PARKING: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Do not block driveway. Garage is accessible but no parking vehicles or watercrafts inside. *No more than 3 vehicles on property. 3 vehicles & 1 watercraft or 2 vehicles & 2 watercrafts Max.*

MAKING A RESERVATION : Must be 21 years old to book. An ID is required & must match the name on the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be on the property for the duration of the stay.

CITY ORDINANCES: Guest(s) will be held responsible for any fines.
