Welcome to our luxuriously furnished holiday home in Makkum on the IJsselmeer in the very well-kept park Makkum.

The house is located on the open fairway to the IJsselmeer. You can take boat trips to the IJsselmeer from your own jetty. Or just sail in the park with z. B. an inflatable boat. The sand and surf beach with the boulevard can be reached in just a few hundred meters through the park.

From the terrace you can enjoy the view of the nature reserve and the IJsselmeer.

The location of the house is perfect for children. There is space for playing soccer, badminton or other sports near the house. Children can swim, fish or go boating behind the house. In the park is a mini golf course and canoes, bicycles, kettcars can be rented.

Tolles Ferienhaus - ideal gelegen
Das Objekt befindet sich in einem Ferienpark im Bereich um Makkum. Die Lage ist ideal, da so gut wie kein Verkehr vor dem Haus ist und man rückseitig eine Gracht hat, welche mit dem Ijsselmeer verbunden ist. Man kann hier Boote und Jet-Ski mieten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ein sehr schönes Objekt welches ideal gelegen ist um mal richtig auszuspannen.

Das Haus ist Teil einer Ferienanlage mit vielen Häusern, die alle am Wasser liegen mit eigenem Bootssteg, daher ist es ideal für Leute, die Ihr eigenes (kleineres) Boot mitbringen wollen. Der Strand ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und sehr sauber. Das Wasser ist sehr flach, für bestimmt hundert Meter geht es einem gerade zu den Knien, daher muss man eine Weile ins Wasser waten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Nett sind die kleinen praktischen Dinge wie eine Kaffeemaschine samt der nötigen Kaffee-Pads, der Grill sowie der passenden Utensilien etc. Was unangenehm auffält, sind die vielen Mücken, die gegen Abend auftauchen und einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Terrasse unangenehm machen. Immerhin hat das Haus an einigen Fenstern passende Netze, die auch gut funktioniert haben. Insgesamt hat es mir dort sehr gefallen. Für eine Woche in der Nebensaison (Anfang September) fand ich es etwas teuer.

Well equipped house with sauna facilities
The house is well maintained and equipped with everything you need to recharge the batteries. Especially the sauna is a perfect addition to relax completely. Ute, is quick in her communication and even in the winter time Makkum seems a nice place for a little getaway.

Dieses Ferienhaus hat eine ruhige Lage , ist einfach auf der Anlage erreichbar. Die innen Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Dieser Urlaub war einfach Toll.

wij hebben genoten van 2 mooie weken vakantie. Het vakantieverblijf is netjes en voorzien van luxe. De inrichting is compleet en de ligging heerlijk vrij. Een waterrijke omgeving , zwemmen vanuit de achtertuin, of een boot of kano huren is mogelijk.

Bei diesem Ferienhaus ist alles zu 100% in Ordnung gewesen comma sehr sauber die Inneneinrichtung topmodern und auf dem neuesten Stand . Außenanlage sehr gepflegt . Dieses Ferienhaus kann man nur weiterempfehlen . Sehr nette und kundenorientierte Vermieter .
