About this property

Beautiful waterfront lake house with boat slip & sunset views

Our home is nestled on a hill in the Real Island area located in Lotts slough, a deep water slough that feels secluded and private. The house boasts two living rooms! The upstairs living room has built-in sofas that double as twin beds and incredible views from the downstairs living room complete with a wood-burning fireplace for the cold winter months. The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. The spacious master bedroom faces the end of the slough with a balcony perfect for watching the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook including gas and charcoal grills located on the porch. With three covered porches, there is plenty of outside seating overlooking the water. All bedrooms have a TV. House has WiFi sufficient for streaming/Zoom/WebEx.

The house has a boat slip where you can dock your boat and room for additional boats. The area is perfect for swimming or just grabbing your favorite float and sitting in the water all day.

Splendid Lake House

This was an absolute gem of a find. My brothers and I stayed here to celebrate getting married and the house did not disappoint. Tons of space to hang out in and the amenities were a good selection. Fire pit, grills/smokers, balconies, the piers. Super happy with our stay. Will definitely consider staying down here again.

The views are great. Kitchen could use some bowls for cereal etc and lots of stairs. Go down to kitchen and up to sleep and potty would not work for someone that can not do steps. Boat dock is great to have and nice fire pit and comfy chairs on porch again with a great view. I would not rent again

Amazing and peaceful

I love the view and being in the water. We enjoyed every moment. The fire pit was awesome and pieceful. It was raining the first 2 days but besides that everything was peaceful listening to the rain on the porch to the last night being able to use the firepit. This is my favorite place to stay.

Pretty but does not sleep 8-10

First I will say the renter was very generous in letting us check in a couple hours early because we were getting ready for my daughter’s graduation. Also, there was lots of seating outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. I do wish the listing had been more specific about the sleeping arrangements. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and one bedroom with a full. The master also has a full and the stairs leading up to that room from the kitchen does not have a door. If you need complete privacy, there are only 2 rooms that will be completely behind closed doors. I had to contact the renter when we got there because the couches did not fold out couldn’t find all the beds! There are two bench seats with a thin cushion in the main living area and those are considered the twin beds. They are not in a bedroom as advertised, smaller than a twin bed and the cushion was very thin and nothing at all close to what sleeping on a mattress feels like. This would be great for a larger group of people that are wanting to crash at the lake for a few days and are comfortable sleeping anywhere! If you have older family members and are wanting everyone to sleep comfortably, I would limit it to 3-6 people at the most!

Loved, but not as many sleeping places as listed!

Our only 2 complaints- only one roll of TP in each bathroom, so we ran out after 1 night with 7 people (we didn’t think to bring extra just for the weekend); and inaccurate sleeping arrangements listed. There are no twin beds- I guess the seating corner upstairs was listed as that, which is smaller than a twin mattress (and very thin). Comfortably, it sleeps 6 adults (if sharing- there are 3 beds total) and then 2 kids/smaller adults on the corner seating upstairs. However, overall I LOVED this booking!! There was a ton of seating, so we were all able to fit comfortably everywhere. The view was amazing on the lake and the area was super quiet. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so if you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is the perfect place. Easy access to the dock/lake, nice outdoor seating, tons of shade, a nice fire pit, and great amenities overall inside and outside. Would love to come back!

Family fun at lake

We had a great time, it was packed full of fun memories. We went to Auburn game, sat around fire pit and did s'mores, and my 3 year old grandson caught his first fish. It was sooo much fun hope to do it again in the spring.
