The home is fully equipped for summer fun and includes use of two kayaks, a paddle board and a large floating water mat - perfect for kids or adults looking to suntan on the water! Lifejackets of various sizes, water toys, cornhole and rafts are also for your use. The house is situated in a prized quiet cove location so even the little ones can splash about in the shallow water along the shore! Enjoy s'mores around the campfire with plenty of seating, take a siesta on the oversized lakeside hammock, or stargaze from the quiet dock.

This lakefront home is in The Hideout - the Pocono Mountains' premier four-star community which is in the lake region of the Poconos. The Hideout boasts 2 beaches, 2 outdoor heated pools, 6 lakes, mini golf, a tiki bar, arcade, ski hill, snow tubing, ice skating, golf course, golf simulator, restaurant and pub, fitness center, hiking trails, pickleball, tennis, basketball court, playgrounds and parks! You will also have access to all the amenities that the Hideout has to offer including the amenities listed above.
The Hideout can close amenities at their discretion, including lake usage. The owners cannot be held responsible and will not offer discounts or refunds for any closure, including weather related closures.
The community also has many activities coordinated whether it be arts and crafts, bingo, luaus, movie nights, etc.! Through a variety of offerings in Wayne County and surrounding areas, residents and visitors can enjoy and participate in an active and growing arts and cultural environment. Outside of the community: We are just ten minutes away from Lake Wallenpaupack where you can rent jet-skis, powerboats, and other types of watercraft. Just a short drive from several major ski areas, including Montage Mountain, Elk Mountain, Shawnee, and Big Bear, where you can go skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The home is conveniently located to many sleepaway camps. Other points of interest include concerts, minor league baseball games, museums, cultural centers, theaters, cinemas, spas, several golf courses, water parks (Kalahari and Aquatopia), malls, white-water rafting, Pocono outlet shopping at The Crossings, and historic sight-seeing tours. Guest are not allowed to bring their own boats. Boats must be registered with homeowners only. This property does not host to groups under the age of 25. Primary renter must be a minimum age of 25. Registration for community access is required no less than 48 hours prior to arrival or a late fee is assessed through the POA (not within the control of the homeowner) Rental manager will be in contact with renter to obtain registration information, this form must be submitted at least 3 days prior to arrival for gate access. Linens/bath towels are not included in this property but can be brought by renters or purchased through management.
All drivers must show a valid drivers license and valid vehicle registration upon check in. There are no exceptions to this community requirement. There is a central trash facility for all owners and guests to use located within a 2 minute drive from the house. Trash is not picked up at the house and cannot be left at the house upon departure.
